Ulasan Leonardo Hotel Aachen

The Hotel staff were excellent and really friendly, professional and really great service in every aspect. The Hotel website says it has a Restaurant which is why I booked it as I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately this is not the case, I was told there are no Restaurant facilities due to the lack of a cook. The Bar offers Pizzas which was not particularly Good. Service though was excellent.

Sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war immer reichlich, frisch und lecker. Einrichtungen war ok, ein Kühlschrank fehlt! Für 4* Hotel ist ein Muss.

Gute Parkplatz Möglichkeiten, gute Anbindung. Große und ordentliche Zimmer.

I am not happy to visit this hotel First of all the room is old.Fridge not working, Not to much space to the room. Breakfast not taste.The staff was rude at the restaurant not smiling.. Also in the reception they not smiling the staff I told many times for the fridge and not someone didn't come.

This is a very clean/neat hotel located just outside the 'Umweltzone'. For our stay of just 1 night it is a good solution to avoid the cost of a mandatory sticker on your car. However, they charge €8 for the parking. The main reason why I just gave it 3*. So, maybe better to find a hotel within the Umweltzone with free parking ;) The room is good, you can open a window, comfortable bed, very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, friendly staff.

Great hotel, good service, perfect Autobahn location, clean, all positive. However, drop the bill on your creditcard, because this hotel refuses to release the reservation made on your credit card. They tell you they did and blame your bank, but they don't release your reservation leaving you with an amount less to spend on your credit card for which you paid in cash.

Great hotel, very clean and friendly Staff! We stayed two nights and felt very relaxed and the hotel is quiet as well. We wanted to have quick acces to Aachen and as well the highway - good solution for people going to Spa race circuit as we did!

Gut geführtes Haus, gut erreichbar. Genug Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr angenehmer Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Personal im Restaurant, zum Frühstück und an der Bar war hoch qualifiziert, angenehm, kompetent, absolut kundenorientiert, und das auf Augenhöhe mit den Gästen. Die Zimmer waren gut, die Betten hervorragend. Die Bäder mit Wannenbad allerdings entsprechen nicht mehr dem Standard, aber sie waren sehr sauber, technisch völlig okay. Und die Bad-Modernisierung ist im Gange... läuft also. Ach ja,und das es zum richtig guten Frühstück auch noch Printen gab, machte den Aufenthalt dann ganz rund !

Nettes Hotel mit super Parkplatz um €8.-/24 Stunden. Außerhalb der Umweltzone, man braucht keine grüne Plakette. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal (durften sogar früher zum Frühstücksbuffet, weil wir Termindruck hatten)👍🏻 Zimmer sehr sauber und praktisch, große Ablageflächen, gutes Bett, Preis war günstig

Piuttosto lontano dal centro ok se si é in macchina (parcheggio dell'hotel da pagare extra) Personale corretto e poco "caloroso". Bella la camera pulita ed ampia, molto silenziosa.Purtroppo non dotata di frigorifero

Einen sonderpres möchte ich den restaurant vergeben , das Frühstück isr ausgezeichnet , frisch und wohlschmeckend aber die Überraschung war fas Abendessen , es hätte jeden Gourmet befriedigt Alles war von ausgezeichneter Qualität, angefangen von der suppe bis zum dessert,

El hotel esta bien , acorde a las estrellas , amabilidad del personal muy buena las camas comodas la unica pega es que esta muy alejada del centro pero el hotel es agradable y confortable . hotel moderno
