This 4 star hotel in Buon Ma Thuot was a lifesaver for us after a homestay we had booked months in advance cancelled on us just before our flight took off. Elephants Hotel was able to get us a room last minute at a fairly reasonable price. The location is great, in the heart of BMT, about a 5-10m walk from the World Coffee museum. The rooms are extremely clean and very spacious, there are restaurants and room service, as well as a outdoor pool to check out. Breakfast was included with our room and consisted of a mix between a continental breakfast and a more traditional vietnamese one, along with a ton of options for fresh juice or coffee. The entrance lobby is beautiful with lots of seats around some gorgeous courtyards you can sip a morning coffee in. One thing id note is that despite the no smoking signs everywhere, we encountered guests just smoking in lobby of our floor several times. As a result, there was an unfortunate cigarette smell in the hallways most evenings, though the cleaning staff did a good job of removing it each morning. Despite that, id still recommend it if youre in BMT, as the location is hard to beat. I also HIGHLY recommend the Mỳ cay (spicy noodle) shop across the street if youre looking for a place to snack while in town

It has been a great experience here.... Was already my second time here... Pleasant experience here this coming here again. Worth the price wise for clean room and all the amenities here....the reception generally can communicate decently in English..which makes things very convenient. Room is clean and spacy... All the tools and items are functional and working good. Breakfast choices isn't that much but it's sufficient enough for the price. Great location too to museum even if you're here for holiday. 2km radius you have almost everything you need. Will surely come again !

New building hotel with great facilities, clean modern convenient room, staffs very friendly and supportive, foods r good for quality and affordable price, lunch pack at 60k vnd (2.5$) for 4dishes , rooftop bar and game room also great, definitely come back

This hotel is amazing! The room was big and clean, the waiter was super welcoming, as if I had become a VIP. The location is super good, there are many delicious foods around, living here, travel can be doubled! Too much taller than other hotels! Really recommended!

Hotel staff incredibly positive and supportive ! Great service on all wishes ! Sometimes need translator app but all staff of the hotel try to do all to make the guest feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely will be the hotel for each time I visit BMT. At all staff thanks for the great stay !

Central hotel next to the central market, nightlife and 3 steps from the ethnographic museum and 10 minutes taxi from the coffee museum I do not recommend because it is not a museum but a show room for a lamentable coffee brand, In Buon Ma Thuot there are fantastic craftsman coffees including Azzam, Soul I recommend highly. The bathroom is in another time it is the only accusation. The breakfast buffet is the best of the city and all hotels in the same standing. I strongly advise !
