The service was great and lovely stuff But Why you put alchool in the room for mini bar You need to pay Ok But with family and children room Its so bad I told reciption 2 times to remove it from room But they didnt remove from mini bar

The road in Bursa was steep and narrow, and by that time we didn't know how to enter the parking lot, and the staff took the initiative to help us drive to the parking lot. Very close to the Grand Mosque, there are many delicious and cheap restaurants nearby.

I like the hotel. ,very quiet and clean. The receptionist girl is a beautiful Turkish lady and we talked a lot about different touristic places such as Cappadocia, Göbeklitepe, etc etc , ona çok seviyorum !

I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. The apartment was easy to find using Google Maps, and it offers free parking conveniently close to the main entrance. The owner was very helpful and even assisted us with bringing our luggage to our room, which made our arrival so much easier. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfortable, and it was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience

Ahmet the receptionist was very polite,friendly smile,good attitude👱🏻👍🏻 I need tissues and cutlery,delivery to the room was very fast🚀 The room was clean✨🛌✨ No refusal to check out an hour late⏰🥰 This is my first trip to Turkey as a woman, I feel the very good service attitude of the Turks. I will definitely stay again next time🏨🤟🏻✌🏻 I highly recommend it to all of you who are planning to stay at Aloft Bursa Hotel in Turkey💁🏻‍♀️🏨💪🏻

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

The hotel is excellent, has a nice location, and is reasonably priced But in an annoying matter, we asked for a shipping adapter, as all the hotels I stayed in in Türkiye provide it for free The shock was that Mövenpick Bursa asked us for 100 liras per piece This is surprising behavior from a 5-star hotel

The hotel has private parking hence very comfortable for those who drive. The staff at the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The room's cleanliness and amenities were okay. We merely stay for one night and we have nothing to complain :) The breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast (as per pic) and i think that is acceptable for the price we pay.
