It is a 4+ star but with local standards. I had a great time but I am now used to the local standard. For example, the water was lukewarm at best, the shower tap was extremely uncertain as was the English of most. However, all this was counterbalanced by the helpfulness of the staff who solved almost all the problems, this extraordinary helpfulness and kindness are also standard in India. I also had plumbing problems at the Oberoi in Mumbai which has other prices and other standards. Recommended for those who have a certain predisposition to patience.

The hotel is very large and the environment is very good, especially when it is at night. The hotel does not charge tips, the service is in place, the breakfast staff also specially prepared the local breakfast, although we are not used to eating. The only downside is that because the hotel is in the new city, it takes about 40 minutes to drive to the Palace of the Winds. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit before check in. The pool is very good.

Rambagh Palace offers a luxurious, royal, and traditional stay, with exceptional amenities like the spa, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and more, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a culturally enriching, grand experience. If you have selected the places based on the pictures then be ready to be a bit disappointed, lower your expectations a bit the place is cheaper compared to others and that is what you will get at the price. You have to pay for the whole stay upfront and you cannot modify later Trip com will have no power over the modification they will be of no help trust me I tried :) The location is 4 km away from old city which is where you will be travelling for the roof top restaurant, temples, museum and the spots of interests. The cleanliness in the place is alright its an old place all in all it was an average stay nothing that will really please you but nothing that will make you feel upset atleast that was in our case we saw a few upset customers so I guess we lucked out on a better room comparatively. The skydeck roof restaurant ***** with the hotel is below par to say the least the place needs more cleanliness and follow some hygiene protocols (it was lacking to be honest) again the place is nothing like you will see in the pictures even the swimming pool is something you will never use it not safe or clean it's just a big make shift well to be put precisely. The staff and reception were polite, well behaved and helpful. Thank you for that plus.

We arrived at Jaipur at 9 o'clock in the evening, so we chose a hotel near the airport. The tall and thin brother at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the suite. So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. The rich breakfast at the hotel is not the key to a vegetarian restaurant to appease my little stomach that desires meat

We booked the hotel for a one night stay for 4 persons two rooms, but both rooms were not the same. All the furniture is in old condition. The good part is they have a roof top restaurant separately where you can enjoy live music for an hour, second they have a midnight kitchen with a variety of food with reasonable rates. The surrounding area has a good market and the outer look of the hotel is impressive.

Stayed for 3 days, lake view room Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate. Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon. The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside. Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt. Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

Located opposite *** Sagar Lake with ***y species of birds. We saw kingfisher, swam and etc. It is just 45 minutes ride from airport. Very near to pink city and avoid the noise of the vehicle. Hotel provide great interpersonal interaction with the guest. A nice recreational pool, SPA service and gym, this four level high hotel l. Spacious room with tiny balcony, soft bed and pillows, bathtub and good wash up facilities. The only restaurant “Jal Mahal”, serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner. ***y selection of pastries, cereals, local Indian cuisine, egg and fruits. Ala-carte menu are also provide Asian and western food, pizza, liquor, cocktails and dessert. Lastly, do lookout for Akash, Sylvester and Aneesh as they go the extra mile to make the dining experiences more delectable. Room service are prompt and friendly, allowing personal space with guests. House keeping execute the required protocols including evening turn down services. The cleanliness of the fridge need to more attention as it was sticky and dirty. Overall, it is really a great service of 5* hotel that I ever stay. Staffs treated us like their friends.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious. You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour. The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them. A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.
