This hotel was in an amazing location, and the Breakfast Buffet consisted of restaurant quality food with a huge selection of both Asian and Western cuisine. Our room was very clean and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. Concierge on arrival, so there is no need to lug all your bags from your transport into your room. Spa, Sauna, and a pool at the hotel. You are located a short distance from great sites and attraction in Jogja. In my opinion, this is a very luxurious hotel at an incredible price.

The place is very good with competitive prices, the location is also very close to Malioboro and the city center as well as Tugu Station, plus the swimming pool is a plus value.. stay ber-4 with wife and 2 children are not charged anymore.. Next if you have a chance, come back to Gloria Amanda Hotel ...

During my stay, the lounge was not open, which was a bit disappointing as it limited some of the expected conveniences. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, this might not be the best fit, but for a short, peaceful trip, it does the job well. The dining options were decent but not remarkable. There was a good variety of dishes, and the quality was satisfactory, though it didn’t particularly stand out. Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta is a good choice if you prioritize convenience and peace over proximity to the city’s main attractions. It serves as a functional stopover for travelers who value being near the airport and are okay with fewer amenities. Possibly, but primarily for the convenience of its location near the airport.

I was staying for 8 nights in this hotel and my son was very happy staying there, all of the staff were very friendly and very polite, whenever I needed something they responded very quickly, food was always delicious and what make me happy the most is my son always eat properly when I bought the food from the hotel cause he is a very fussy eater, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Jogja. Thank you 🙏

Location is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on. But overall still a good stay.

Friendly staff and hassle free check in. Service and cleanliness up to Marriot standard. Only drawback was that we needed to pay immediately each time we ordered room service and food at the pool side. Couldn't sign it to the room and settle it upon check-out just like other hotels.

Overall, El Hotel stay was pleasant. Service staff is very helpful and always welcoming with a smile, breakfast have variety, and they provide pack in case you are leaving early for sunrise trip or checking out.

I had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel
