The hotel is located between the train station and the festival hall, both of which can be easily reached on foot. My window faced the festival hall and looked out over the park full of old trees. The restaurant's garden is also located there, and is equipped with large, well-protected parasols. I didn't notice any noise at all. I was there for the 2 opera premieres. Although the hotel must have known about these dates for years, the staff were hopelessly overwhelmed: too few, too inexperienced, too poorly managed. This was noticeable everywhere: at breakfast, in the restaurant, at the bar and when cleaning the rooms. In addition, some of them speak very poor German, which doesn't do justice to the audience. As a guest, I could also see that there was tension within the staff. Some tended to ”do their job by the book,” but some were also very customer-oriented. The breakfast buffet met expectations, but didn't exceed them. I only ate in the restaurant once. The quality was OK for me, as was the price. It is not a gourmet restaurant, but there are probably a few of those in the area. The rooms are functional for short trips like in my case. For longer stays you will probably have to live out of a suitcase because there are no storage spaces for shirts, underwear, sportswear, etc. A nice gesture is that you get a free bottle of mineral water (uncooled) every day. I was specifically informed of this when paying the minibar bill; that was also a nice gesture. The room was clean. There is no evening service (making the bed, changing towels if necessary), but as far as I know the hotel only has 4 stars. My conclusion: Great location, acceptable standard, but the staff from management downwards needs improvement.

First of all, the location of this hotel is very good, the price is affordable, and the breakfast is really superb, which lasts a long time from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning. The service staff of this hotel is very enthusiastic and can seriously help you solve all problems. The room is clean and tidy. In particular, the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, allowing me to get enough rest during the trip. I will choose it again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel is in a very good location, with large rooms and beautiful mountain views. Switzerland is just across the river. The panoramic view of the rooftop restaurant is amazing! The breakfast is good and the service is good! The underground parking lot is very convenient! There are 2 gas stations opposite the hotel, which are very convenient for refueling and buying Swiss highway tickets; but the Burger King opposite the hotel is super bad. First, the chicken wings were missed, and when I went back to get them, they were fried black and inedible! The hotel hygiene is a bit sloppy, and the pre-authorization is slow to refund, but everything else is OK. It is quite convenient to transfer from Austria to Switzerland. Worth recommending!

Conveniently central location, quiet rooms, and water feature at reception (a giant pink bucket/bucket with water dripping down from the 3rd floor every few seconds). The breakfast buffet is adequate, but if you take something later, the remaining items at the table are cleared away so quickly that we couldn't even finish our tea and juice. Beautiful green inner courtyard visible from the room with a wonderful evening bird concert.

The service was excellent! All staff were very friendly, helpful and premature. Breakfast and dinner in half-pension were unmacklable. The sauna landscape is really very successful and really worth a visit! (Was included in the room price)! We will come back in any case !!!

Viel Platz, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtete, klassische Vier Sterne eines Tradtionshauses mit einsprechen gediegenen Ambiente. Gut gelegen, so dass man in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Oper ist. Parken kann man im öffentlichen Parkhaus, direkt gegenüber des Hotels. Wer die hohen Kurse zur Opernsaison verschmerzen kann, ist um Weißen Kreuz in Bregenz gut aufgehoben. (gefrühstückt haben wir auswärts)

Just near the lake. Easy to have a talk along the lakeshore. But we live in the room with moutain view, which is normal. Suggest to live in the room with lake view.

The hotel is a quiet room, clean and friendly staff. The room was reduced by one point because the TV is too far down! °

There is a supermarket next to it. Very convenient. Pay attention to the time. Closed in 1930, convenient parking. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the breakfast is very good. There are also Chinese restaurants nearby

I could get a room change at request for an additional cost without problems as my booked went to well-run road. Excellent equipment, service also, friendly staff at reception

Facilities can. But the room is not soundproof. The door is very thin. You can hear walking on the carpet outside the door. This is very unsafe. Can not prevent theft and fire. Breakfast is average. The nearby ski slopes are small and there is almost no snow this year.
