This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

The hotel counter is a Chinese-speaking sister, very kind! The second night of the stay was very late because of the hotel, and there was only an izakaya left in the nearby restaurant! We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched! But she said she would be home by March next year! The breakfast Aqi is also very kind, always asking if you want to add rice and soup! Although the price is high, the quality is very good!

Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

It is a little far from Matsue Station, about 10 minutes walk, between Matsue Station and Ichibata Station to Izumo, so it is a good choice for traveling. For this trip, I chose this hotel that was close to Matsue Shinjiko Onsen Station and Matsue Castle according to my plan. It was very convenient as there were many restaurants around. I was very satisfied with the room and public bath. The room was a little small, but the bed was big so I was able to sleep comfortably. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because I had planned to eat it elsewhere. I would like to use it again next time I go.

The hotel staff were very friendly and it was a shame that the hotel was not on the Lake Shinji side, but the buffet food for dinner and breakfast was very satisfying. The location was great and the hot springs were free-flowing from the source, which made my skin feel so smooth and amazing. I would definitely like to stay here again, on the Lake Shinji side.

The facilities are unparalleled. I live in a different building and the room is clean. The bathtub in the room is big enough For baths, there is a large public bath. The big bath is large and, considering the time, very few people use it, so it is very comfortable. Or rather, I didn’t see anyone. Located on the top floor of the main building, the view is great. I decided to stay at this hotel and even rent bicycles! And it's free!!
