Hot Springs Hotels in Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia

The hotel is quite worn out even though they have made some renovations.. The Mattress is way uncomfortable (very old and needs to be replaced) The towels looks very old and grey... The toilet.. especially the SHOWER HEAD, definitely is old and needs to be changed... The carpet outside the corrdor.. old and dirty. Eventhough they did some renovations, but only minor changes and cannot cover the old part. Please do more upgrades.

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

We were greeted warmly on arrival by Septi who arranged our check-in. We were told our rooms were not ready as we arrived well before the check-in time at 3pm. We went to Marioboro, the main shopping street in the city. And we're notified by WhataApp when our room is ready. We were assigned a room on the 6th floor that has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course. The hotel has a large compound and is designed like a resort. It is old but everything works. The facilities are all not far away. You don't get these in new hotels anymore. The breakfast was were good with a good spread of local and international fare and daily change of menu. We enjoyed 3 breakfasts during our stay. Overall all the staff were friendly and gave their best warm service with a smile. We felt very relaxed and welcomed. Keep it up Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!

Super comfy hotel. Room is spacious and have a balkon. Big smimming pool. The beakfast is decent. Staffs are polite and friendly.

Wonderful hotel in an out of town location. Not a hotel to stay in if you have mobility issues as the entrance is up a very grand staircase to reception. Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The small balcony overlooking a garden is pretty and quiet. We even had 2 visitors of the feathered kind sit on the balcony with us, which was nice! We visited during a national holiday, so the hotel was packed, and the breakfast room was very, very busy, making for a slightly noisy, unrelaxed experience, but the view of Merapi helped!! The Indian restaurant onsite was excellent and delicious! We didn't have time to enjoy the spa or pools, but they both looked very inviting and were well used by other guests. Overall, a great hotel and recommend it for a relaxing stay.

The receptionist is good, not many, good facilities, clean room, hot water runs smoothly, I stayed for 2 nights, only lacking a lift and room cleaners, but all is good and recommended... Thank you

Très bonne surprise. Hôtel neuf très confortable idéalement situé dans une rue calme a côté de l'avenue principale de Yogyakarta. Il y a même Netflix dans la chambre. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et réactif. L'hôtel n'a pas de salle de restaurant mais de nombreuses options sont disponibles aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner se commande la veille et est servi directement dans la chambre, c'était très bon.
