Hotel Pemandian Air Panas di Xinjiang, China

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke like many hotels, based on my experience, in China do. The only issue that I experienced with this hotel is the dryer in their laundry facility takes too long to dry clothes. It took over 3 hours for my clothes to dry in the dryer. I did laundry at night and it affected the time I went to bed. I did not expect this to be an issue. I expected my clothes to be dry within an hour, like many dryers are capable of doing. I did not get much sleep here because of this issue. I strongly suggest that the hotel gets dryers that dry clothes faster to improve the guest experience. I also recommend that they include English instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer as well.

非常棒的親子酒店，房間寬敞，我們一家三口住着，一點也不急，酒店小童設施齊全，還有專門的小童樂園，孩子玩得不亦樂乎，衞生方面也很放心，細節處理很到位，前台服務員小朱小阿對孩子特別有耐心，感覺很温馨，下次帶孩子出來玩還會選擇這裏

有車的情況下，住在這個酒店那便是極好的。因為地理環境確實離鬧市區有點點小距離。但是酒店有提供接送服務，這一點還是比較貼心。 整體來説酒店很寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔。有個大大的玻璃窗，冬天來窗外是雪景，太美了。 並且無時不刻都看到外面有工作人員在清潔打掃，住的很安心。 有任何問題打了前台電話，立刻就有人來幫忙處理。 温泉泡了，跟想象中的不太一樣。池子比較小，而且是像浴缸一樣的池子。但是聊勝於無。在雪地裏泡泡温泉，還是很特別的體驗。滑完雪泡個温泉消散疲勞還是蠻巴適的
