Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

Brilliant hotel. We had our own onsen in the room, they provide jasmine tea to add to the water which is great for your skin. Close to the station and there’s a massive mall within walking distance. We needed help tracking down some lost luggage at the train station. The manager went out of his way to help contact the station and follow up with them later in the day. His English was superb. Fantastic service! Highly recommend staying here.

Penginapan ini sangat dekat dengan Terminal Bus Kuil Baoguo, hanya berjarak 100 meter. Area sekitarnya penuh dengan restoran yang buruk dan mahal, jadi saya sarankan untuk menghindarinya! Anda bisa naik taksi untuk mencari makanan di tempat lain! Sedangkan untuk penginapan itu sendiri, secara umum bersih, tetapi dekorasinya terasa agak kuno. Namun, harganya murah selama musim sepi, jadi harganya cukup wajar. Tersedia jacuzzi untuk tamu, dan resepsionis menyediakan teh dan minuman. Akomodasi ini tenang dan damai. Setelah seharian melihat monyet di Gunung Emei dan menikmati daging sapi Qiaojiao untuk makan malam, sungguh menyenangkan bisa berendam di pemandian air panas di hotel ini. Mungkin karena sedang musim sepi, staf meja depan berinisiatif menaikkan kategori kamar kami, terima kasih banyak. Suasana sangat tenang dan tidak bising. Kamar cukup standar, tetapi sarapannya sangat berlimpah dan khas. Saat check-out, kebetulan bertepatan dengan Hari Natal, kami diberi hidangan penutup Santa yang sangat lucu, dan anak saya juga mendapatkan hiasan Santa, dia sangat senang. Fasilitas mungkin terbatas, tetapi pelayanan dapat diperluas tanpa batas. Terasa sekali perhatiannya, saya pasti akan kembali lagi jika ke Gunung Emei.

Hotel ini menawarkan layanan fotografi perjalanan dan pengalaman berpakaian Tibet. Fotografernya memiliki ketajaman yang luar biasa dalam menangkap ekspresi halus, dan kami berhasil menyelesaikan pemotretan dalam waktu kurang dari setengah jam meskipun jadwal kami padat, menciptakan banyak foto indah dan kenangan indah. Rekan-rekan seperjalanan saya sangat menyukai mi beras saat sarapan dan bak berendam di kamar. Lima bintang! Sangat direkomendasikan!
