Meskipun Wyndham tidak berada di kota kuno, hotel ini memiliki bus antar-jemput ke kota kuno. Hotel is close by Mang Shan National park. Very convenient location to visit this famous National Park. This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience

Location: From a view and nature prospective, this was amazing, and the pictures speak for themselves. However, note that getting there is another story as its 25-30 minutes from Wulingyan and 40 minutes from Zhangjiajie City and with most Didi drivers doubting the route and even some requesting extra money for their trip back. Cleanliness: This part is unfortunately the only negative part i can find regarding this homestay, due to the nature of the location, several bugs / insects can be found within the room, and im not sure if the daily cleaning is done properly as the floor was dusty and still littered with bugs. Service: Amazing !!!!, Mr Huang was one of the best hosts, checking up with me daily and even when im arriving late just to ensure my safety, also helping with booking some activities. Facilities: Again, amazing. Although i booked the room with the outdoor tub, it was dirty with the color of the water being green and the drainage was not working properly as it flooded the whole balcony. And do note that the smart toilet does not have the bidet feature.

This hotel is great and it’s highly suggested to everyone who wants to have a unique and relaxing experience in Zhangjiajie. The hotel is immersed in the nature and only surrounded by mountains and forests. Yet, it’s in a convenient location to get to the National Park and main attractions. The facilities are in good shape and the room is very big and bright. But the most fantastic thing is the host and the hotel manager. A special thanks goes to Riva, the hotel manager, she made our trip special and memorable. She made us feel at home in the mountains and always tried to accommodate our requests in a timely, kind and pro-active manner. Also thank you to the owner Laura whose English and quickness in responding made our communication smooth and constructive. We will definitely visit here again if we have a chance. Thank you again for the great stay!
