We really enjoyed our stay here, from beginning to end, the staff were all very welcoming and helpful! They provided free pick up from the shuttle stop in TangKou (call hotel to request), and lots of tips for our trip to Huangshan. Location is very convenient and views were beautiful. You can leave your luggage here during checkout and pick up after heading down from the mountain. We'd stay here again! Only thing is food options around is a bit limited.

Such a lovely trip! Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Huangshan, they provide all the kits you need for a hike including rain coat and hiking stick. We also had a nice upgrade for the room which was offered for free. We came from the UK and glad that we stayed here, the staff are all super nice and hospitable! My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and sanitary, the space is large, and it is quiet at night. There is a balcony which is very practical for drying clothes and enjoying the outdoor scenery. Men have a place to smoke, and the facilities are very considerate. There is a garden, convenience store and restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. It is a good choice for family travel.

The housekeeper Xiaotang has a very good service attitude. As long as I raise the issue, she will find a way to solve it immediately. The shortcomings of the breakfast are that there are freshly cooked noodles, but there are no warning signs. The staff are sometimes not on site. If you don’t see others eating, When I asked the staff about noodles, it was difficult to find that there were boiled noodles. After finishing the meal, I found out that it was a bit regretful (I am used to eating hot soup in the morning). There was sludge at the drain and the glass of the viewing window was covered with paste. Hygiene needs to be improved. There was a problem with the window design in the facility, which made it easy for bed bugs to get in. When the air conditioner and floor heating were turned on in the room, bed bugs began to move. There was an air conditioner above the pillows, and bed bugs were flying around above our heads. I kept catching bugs until two or three in the middle of the night, and caught 8 of them. There were no bugs at all. I went to sleep. In the morning, the response to the front desk was just a small gift of sesame cakes. There was not much processing and care. I asked about the Qiyunshan tickets included in the package but was not given. Overall, I felt quite disappointed. I have made such a big investment, including doors and windows. The management did not do a good job in such a small matter, and the butler team's constant explanations were not a problem. In fact, the service provided by the butler was very good, and no matter how good the service was, it could not alleviate the frightening mood of the night. I rarely write reviews seriously because the environment and decoration of this hotel are really suitable for vacation. The overall quality is very good and worth recommending. I hope that the shortcomings can be corrected so that guests can have a good experience!

The hosts in this hostel are incredibly kind. They drove us everywhere, including to the hospital to do our pcr tests before our train back to Shanghai and before going to the Huangshan park. They provided us with fruit and baozi on request and laid out the best route for us when visiting the park. They even allowed us to cancel one night at their place in the middle of our stay so we could stay that night in Huangshan Park. The breakfast was simple but generous and the evening food is home-cooked and delicious. I can recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit huangshan and stay for a couple of extra days as well

We were immediately upgraded to a room upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! The sanitation and service are really good. The room is clean and the facilities are very complete. The breakfast was also very rich, and Tremella fuciform soup was delivered for late night snack, which was very considerate. A child fell and was injured in front of a villager's house in Xixinan Village. When the villagers saw it, they immediately rode on a small electric donkey to take us to the health center. Thank you to this simple and kind-hearted enthusiastic villager! There was no way to go back to the hotel at the health center, so the hotel specially sent a car to the health center to pick us up. This service must be praised 👍. I also gave two packs of Huangshan sesame cakes as a gift before leaving!

The hotel has a free afternoon-tea from 2-5pm and you have to make a reservation in advance because the time seats are limited. It is located in a cost tea house. The tea and snacks served were nice and delicious. The outdoor pool was refreshing and clean, with a nice view. To Hongcun you can just take a 5 minute walk and leave the car at the hotel. There is also a Covid-Testing station directly next to the entrance of the Scenic area. For breakfast they had a big selection of local food, we really liked it. The only negative point we have to say that the tea in the morning tasted not good, they didn’t use filtered water, so it had a moldy old taste. All in all I can really recommend the hotel and would book it again. The location and the staff was really great!

The landlord was very welcoming and helped to carry the luggage to the third floor. The meal was on the first floor. The hostess cooked delicious food and provided breakfast. The room was made of solid wood, environmentally friendly, clean and hygienic, and the toiletries provided were also very good. It provides pick-up and drop-off service to Huangshan, and the environment is very good. It is much more comfortable to soak in the hot springs after coming down from Huangshan at night. There are other places to play around, and there is a camp opposite where children can play. We didn't play more because the children were not feeling well. We will come again next time if we have the chance.
