Clean room. Instead of 2 full sized shower towels, only 1 was provided with extra mid sized towels. Laundry was a hit and miss. Only washer was working and dryer was out of order. Breakfast was sustainable with coffee and waffle. The juice machine was out of order. Most important of all, the service counter staff was accommodating and service oriented.

Very clean hotel at a great location near the Gardiner(North) Entrance of Yellowstone. Would definitely recommend to crash for the night after exploring yellowstone.

This motel is all about location—just minutes from Yellowstone’s West Entrance and close to restaurants and shops in town. The room was clean and simple, with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. However, there’s no microwave or coffee maker in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Staff were friendly, and the price is reasonable for the area. Overall: A no-frills, convenient option if you don’t mind minimal amenities.

The first room that they put us in was tiny dirty, and had a huge water leak stain on the ceiling. The closet was a joke. It was maybe 6 inches deep and had an ironing board hanging in it. No room for clothes. The bathroom floor looked dirty, but I think it was stained. We requested another room and they moved us into a much bigger handicap accessible room. The lobby needs some serious cleaning and updating. The carpet needed to be stretched. Desperately it was a trip hazard. The free breakfast was not great as the waffle mix on the make your own waffle smelled rancid and tasted funny. We along with two other families reported it. The cream cheese also looked curdled. The best thing about this place was the lady at the reception desk. He was very nice and helpful.

Great place for the price. Very nice staff.
