The capsule is spacious. The room has plenty of space for your luggage. It seems like each room has its own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is clean with a shower inside. You can hear music from downstairs even during midnight. But it didn’t bother me personally because I tend to put my headphones on during sleep. There is a kitchen/common area on the first floor. The cookwares are pretty comprehensive with a microwave, plates, stoves, and a fridge. I stayed for a night (22 pounds for a weekday) and it was great.

As a solo traveler, YHA Manchester was a total game-changer! The location was perfect, right by the canal and a short walk to the city center. The shared dorm was surprisingly clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus, the common areas were great for meeting fellow travelers. It was the perfect base to explore Manchester and have a blast!
