Our family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉
Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!

The hotel is self-check-in, but it is very convenient to pick up the key, etc., and they will send you an email in advance. The location is a little far from the city and there are no supermarkets and restaurants around, but there is a bus stop next to it, which is very convenient. There is a public kitchen with complete equipment for cooking. Considering its price, it is pretty good overall.
The capsule was very clean and the shower worked without any problems. Towels and hairdryers were free, which was nice. It was about a 20-minute walk from the central station.
All was super cool good attention at reception, beautiful view, clean and beautiful facilities ... Only there is no restaurant or bar as in the rest of these Hostels ... Otherwise all ok ...

The price was reasonable and it was a very good hostel. There was a kitchen and I was able to interact with many different travelers, so it was a very fun space. I would like to use it again.
In order to avoid the Zurich price, I stayed in Winterthur for two nights. Anyway, there is a Swiss Pass, which is fast and punctual and connects to tight trains. One bed in the 300 RMB Hostel is the cheapest. Near the railway station, next to the track, opposite to the Industrial College, the house may be a warehouse or factory remodeled, with high windows at the bottom of the building, bright and comfortable. There are not many shops nearby, it feels like a restaurant and bar, and there is a coop after more than 10 minutes' walk.
