Front desk are accommodating,. The check in is fast and even check out. Kids friendly too. However there is not much menu to choose for breakfast. Overall it's still a good place to stay. The room is big enough to accommodate 4 adults and 1 child.

Although the place is in a remote location, but when you get there, the place is stunning, the view of La Trinidad Benguet is amazing, the cold breeze of air is relaxing. I would highly recommend this place. I look forward in staying here again.

I rate my whole stay 5 and i’m planning to go back to the place in my next stay in Baguio. The staffs are friendly, they would love to suggest places to go and tips around the place during my stay. I was in the Mt. Pulag room and I felt safe and peaceful especially during my sleep. I no longer used the electric fan because the natural air seemed to be comfy with the windows open.

Location is beside the road and have safe car park. Restaurant food is ok but quantity is poor (ordered chicken adabo and had 3 tiny pieces of chicken). Check in and out was smooth. Room had attached washroom and hot water but very basic washroom and room. Good view of the rice terraces from the restaurant and veranda upstairs next to the assigned room. Ok for one day.

Very comfortable hotel. The hostess was very welcoming. She prepared a delicious dinner for us. Rooms and amenities are very simple, but no moisture. Given the humidity and cold nights in the region, it is amazing and very pleasant. The view from the windows is very beautiful. The town itself is atmospheric and deserves a separate attention. If you travel by car, then lie here, not on Batad even more convenient! We all liked it!

Me and Mrs Chiang has recieved us earlier than the usual check in early in the morning without any extra charge.Tthe House IS met and clean we have everything we ever need like wifi,TV, kitchen with rice cooker,fridge,wáter thermo

The room was large and I was surprised. The staff in the lobby was very bright and the feeling was good. It is the best cost performance.
