Location is convenient and room is pretty clean and new. However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

We had a great time throughout our 2 nights stay! The accommodation is perfectly equipped and very pleasant, it almost feels at home. A huge thank you to the staff for their responsiveness and warm hospitality. Free shuttle service is provided from hotel to jiuzhaigou (around 10 mins journey) Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

The location is very good , easy walk to IFS and also have restaurants nearby till late night , room is big , but not much amenities , especially for tower , its one time use , so not useful and also no have warm bad , so it's quite cool when sleep. by the way the price is valued.

All the staff at the front desk are friendly and nice. Overall, the service is excellent. The room is clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is just a 15-20 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic entrance, making the location very convenient. For foreigners, there are KFC and McDonald's nearby if you're not accustomed to the local cuisine. If you need portable oxygen inhalers, you can purchase them at a local pharmacy for around RMB 20, which is located close to the hotel. This is much more affordable than buying elsewhere. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I revisit Jiuzhaigou.

This accommodation is absolutely amazing! The amenities in the room are truly 5-star quality. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully provided. The location is perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always assisting us even though we couldn’t speak Chinese. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay

It was really nice to stay in this B&B during this trip to Mount Siguniang. The location is excellent and it is convenient to visit various attractions around. We stayed in Xue Nuo's room, which has a great view. The 270-degree viewing window allows you to see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain from the room. The room supplies and facilities are of good quality. There are humidifiers and oxygen concentrators. They also added an oxygen concentrator for us. The comfort level was perfect. The service is efficient. We had private dishes for dinner with local characteristics. The B&B has a special viewing platform. You can drink coffee, chat and enjoy the view here. It is very relaxing. I will recommend it to friends in need.

The location was quite great. We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

Very impressive with service, staff help us to carry the luggages and willing to help us in many ways. From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

Just in walking distance to Changpinggou gate  which is great who will have a plan for Changpinggou. The room is big and warm. The floor comes with heater so it is very good to warm your body in freezing temperature outside.  The hotel staff helps you to call the local taxi, 15 yuan per ride/person to Shuanquigou gate. The hotel also provide a simple local breakfast with a goos taste.

An excellent hotel near Dagu glacier (达古冰川). It was the perfect place to rest our tired bodies after a day up the mountain peak. The hotel was clean and very spacious. The room also came with an impressively large bathtub which we did not use. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the mountain in the morning. We could tell there was a lot of thought put into the design of the room. Room price was also very reasonable. My only suggestion to the management is to include a few bottles of drinking water in the room.

Beautiful hotel in traditional Chinese house with pretty courtyards and a nice atmosphere. Centrally located amongst nice busy alley ways, 5 minutes walk from Wenshu monastery and from a metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with a balcony and exhaustive amenities. Spotless and nicely decorated room. Good buffet breakfast with both western and Chinese food. The staff are very receptive to feedback and seem to care deeply for guests' comfort. For example, we read reviews saying that the breakfast buffet wasn't being refilled and that it was difficult to carry large baggage up the stairs (there's no elevator). During our stay, we found that there was an attentive staff member monitoring the buffet who would refill items proactively, and there was another staff member who carried our bags to our room for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The check-in process is a bit complicated because there is no front desk. You need to add the apartment's WeChat account in advance and get the check-in details on the same day~ It is indeed a bit inconvenient for out-of-town tourists~ The hotel is in a very good location, five minutes away from Dongdajie Subway Station~ There are a lot of delicious food downstairs~ The room is not too big, and the hygiene could be better. There is no smell of smoke. The room is arranged near the elevator, so there will be the sound of the elevator going up and down occasionally. It is very good to have a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave in the room ~ There are more nearby in the area A better apartment choice~

The housekeeper is very enthusiastic, the transportation is convenient, the room is large and clean, and takeout is also convenient. There are many delicious foods nearby, shopping is also very good, and the places to drink are also very close. The people here are also very enthusiastic.

I came here after seeing many good reviews online, and I was not disappointed. The location of the B&B is easy to find. The entire Dujiangyan is not big, and it is very convenient to go anywhere, so you don’t have to worry about the location. The boss was very considerate and sent me a message at night to ask if I had any needs (but I didn’t see it 😬). The boss also recommended a lot of local snacks. It’s a pity that I only stayed for one night. I will come again next time

Pictures of this hotel in Trip.com do not present the entrance of this hotel. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor. Although the entrance is look scary, it is safe. It is another world when you arrive the 3rd floor. This is my first time to see the bridges in the hotel (hahaha). The location is very very good because you can walk to Dujiangyan Scenic Spot within 10 minutes and Giant Panda within 5 minutes. About the cleanness, I'm not satisfied because of ”Dust” and this hotel is for Smoker. Sometimes, the smell flows into your room.

Recommended to stay 1. The room facilities are complete, and it is convenient for business travel and permanent residence to wash clothes. 2. The service experience during the stay is very good, and basically everything is responsive. 3. Hygiene, the whole is very clean, the room is very new and the same as the picture, there is no strange smell in the room, and the stay is very comfortable. 4. The location is excellent, just upstairs in Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, and there are so many delicious foods downstairs. It was a rainy day when I arrived. The little brother called me kindly and told me how to get there clearly. He probably heard that I was tired from the journey and said he would pick me up downstairs. I was touched. I dragged a big box, and he took over to help me pull the box as soon as he met me. It was so warm. The hotel is not only exquisite, but also has considerate and careful designs everywhere. It feels like home. Next time I bring my children and family together, I will definitely stay here again. Environment: Severe cleanliness means it is very clean, and there are disposable toilet mats, slippers disinfection, and high-demand services everywhere Facilities: It can be seen that the owner of the business is a caring person in life. Not only did the refrigerator enter the cabinet to surprise me, but there is also an oven (clean and tidy) and a kettle that is very petty, and several umbrellas☂️ are spare Service: The little brother not only treats people and makes people feel like home instantly, but also sends me warm reminders and suggestions for eating, drinking and playing around. The ******* female boss is young, beautiful, and hospitable. She also helped me upgrade to the same floor as my friend for free. The hotel is located in Qintai, with unique decoration and a terrace for drinking tea. The location is quiet in the bustling city. There is a subway station next to it. It takes only ten minutes to walk to Kuanzhai Alley. There are many food options on the streets. It is a good choice for travel!

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this B&B! The room is spacious and bright, and the furniture is warm and comfortable, making people feel the warmth of home as soon as they enter the door. The bedding and toiletries are very high-end, which makes me feel caring. The location of the B&B is also very good, close to attractions and commercial areas, and very convenient for travel. The boss is very enthusiastic and always willing to help and answer all my questions. They also provide food, drink and travel guides, even if you are a little *****, you can have fun without any pressure! In short, I highly recommend this B&B! Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

Take 15-20mins walk to 九寨沟 entrance. Lovely hotel! Nice counter, everything is clean and modern. Few disadvantages would be the toilet glass door is quite transparent... I can see my family members showering or pooping hahahahah. And for those who carry big luggage, the hotel comes with stairs only, but the staffs are friendly enough to help us carry! There's lots of restaurants and minimart around the hotel! There's one noodle shop right in front the hotel, they serve delicious noodles and paos and so on!!! So gooooooddddd and cheap (Malaysian feel free to book this hotel, everything is smoothhhh and easy)

Great service by the lady owner. The location is very strategic too, aka walkable distance to the entrance of the park. 1 only downside is that they use disposable towels which are super thin and not water absorbent. Luckily they allowed us to take new ones everyday.

The location is good. By the river, 5 minutes to the bus station and only 20 minutes walking from the park entrance and the staff is helpful, even though they can't speak English. My only complaint is about cleanliness. The bathrooms are the last thing to be cleaned, so you don't have a clean bathroom until late morning and they get pretty dirty during the day. I suggest to change the order and clean the bathroom before cleaning the rooms.

This stay was very good. The homestay is very new and beautifully decorated, especially the smart appliances, which are very convenient. The boss is also very enthusiastic and the waiter is very considerate. He also sent snacks in the evening! We are international (Australian) so this review will help if your visiting from overseas. Very clean and cute hotel, the owner was honestly the best! very hospitable and friendly. They provide lifts to and from the hotel as needed. (To the national park, restaurants, bus stops etc). There is a washing machine and dryer free to use, really handy if you are backpacking. It's not walking distance from the national park but it's close and the lift service makes it super easy. The restaurant which provides the included breakfast is just down the road. The food is honestly great and they have vegetarian options for all meals which is great if your vegetarian or over eating meat for every meal. Only thing to consider is the rooms are smoker friendly. Its disclosed on the booking information so don't be surprised. We don't smoke but didn't mind as the room didn't smell. Very clean

Very good. After getting off the bus, the hotel sent a car to pick me up. It was very humane! As soon as I opened the door, my eyes were brightened. The decoration was very good and the design was very humane! The light strip at the head of the bed not only made it convenient for me to turn on the light to read my phone in the middle of the night, but also solved the glare of the bedside lamp shining directly into my eyes. The toiletries provided by the hotel were also very comprehensive. It was a very good check-in service!
