Stayed 1 night late August. 24kms and ¥40 taxi ride from ZhongweiNan fast train station. The area used to be a farm on a bend of the Yellow River. There are numerous accommodation areas, all looking similar. Apparently, one person owns all, and rents out clusters to various entities. Ours had a restaurant, but it wasn't open. For dinner and included breakfast, we went to the first restaurant on the right as you enter through the security gate from the carpark. Peaceful part of the world. Facility had a nice little pool, but water was too cold. Too dangerous to swim in the river. As you face the river, we walked right to a glamping area and had a cold beer. There is a petting zoo type deal on the way. To the left, you eventually climb up to a mini version of the great wall. Keep walking, for a side track to the river, or up to a little pavilion after crossing a road. + points, well set up, peaceful and secure. - points, zero English and most frustrating experience I've had in China even with apps both ways. We all travel with a price to quality/experience ratio. In this instance, far too high, and I wouldn't be back or recommend this place

It is close to the starting point 2 kilometers, but the hotel's sanitation is not satisfactory. I don't know where the hair comes from on the bed. The stench of the bathroom has been turned on. The exhaust fan is not clean. This is the first time I have encountered this in a hotel.

The breakfast is also unexpectedly rich and delicious! It is really a great B&B! It was a great experience. The boss is also a very enthusiastic and interesting lady. She very thoughtfully recommended the features here and planned a route for us. The hotel is also very well-equipped and has regional characteristics, especially during the sunset. I have always longed for the desert for a different kind of scenery. This trip really left a deep impression. I will bring more friends to experience it next time (highly recommended!!! The store not only has a good environment and a new building, it is located in the courtyard of a villa, with convenient parking, spacious rooms, complete facilities, well-organized layout, and cleanliness. There are some small automated facilities in the room, as well as a drinking water filter. The owner said that this will prevent long-term guests from becoming acclimated to the water. And it's very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. I will definitely stay here again next time I have a chance to go to Yinchuan.

The tent was very large and suitable for two adults and two children. It looked well-planned and relatively clean (a small amount of sand on the ground was inevitable). The public bathroom was also relatively clean/with sufficient water for convenient washing (you need to bring your own slippers, towels and other personal items). At night, the fireworks set off by various families in the entire campsite were quite interesting, and the bonfire activity that lasted for more than half an hour was also very relaxing and joyful. 3 yuan for mineral water/small drinks is a conscience price in the desert. The price of the buffet dinner with two meat and two vegetable dishes/a la carte barbecue is slightly higher but acceptable (I thought that the main purpose of coming here is to play).
