This is a cozy 3-story condo with 3 bedrooms (incl loft) / 3 full bathrooms with convenient boat docking steps away at Bimini Cove Resort and Marina (formerly Bimini Sands). The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, silverware, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, etc. You have a 2-minute walk to one of the most pristine ocean beaches with amazing crystal blue water and a white sand beach as well as the infinity pool which overlooks the ocean. Dockage is available from the marina for an additional fee.Bimini is famous for their fantastic local fishing, snorkeling, diving and lobstering, in season. Bimini is an easily accessible small Bahamian island 50 miles from Miami. Come by boat or you can fly to Bimini on Silver Airways, Bahamas Air, Elite and others. Another option is to use Bimini Fast Ferry from Miami (go bahamasplus.com).The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queens, the loft has 2 queen beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The Condo includes 2 balconies including a beautiful view of the marina. The kitchen is fully stocked. Additionally, there are two HDTVs and high-speed internet access is provided. The condo also includes a brand new full-size washer & dryer and outdoor propane BBQ grill.Guests have access to all the resort has to offer. 2 swimming pools, with the ocean front infinity pool being 1 minute from the condo. The unit is located inside Bimini Bay Resort, where you will find many amenities, such as restaurants, casino, pools, shopping, a marina and grocery shopping. But to really experience the island, I recommend you going into town and getting to know the people as well as the restaurants, shopping and beaches the island has to offer We offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee when available. Early check-in is 11 am and late check-out is 5 pm (If available) Please contact us with your plans as soon as possible due to limited availability so we can block those hours for you. The cost for early check-in is $95 and for late check-out is also $95. Little Conch is an island house in South Bimini with amazing ocean views, large windows & sliding doors, wraparound wood porch, and an 80-ft dock. The front bedroom has a king bed and a sliding door that opens to the front porch where you can see the sunrise. The second bedroom has a double bed & 2 bunk beds. Both bedrooms have canal/dock view.The kitchen has new cabinets & appliances & is stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious catch of the day! It also has a sliding door that opens to the back deck. From the sliding door you have a view of the canal & dock. The living room has 2 futons. Both the living & dining rooms have large windows with ocean view. The bathroom has a tub/shower. There are 2 beaches for you to enjoy. One is directly across the street and the other is a short 10 min walk. There are also some incredible spots for snorkeling & fishing.
