180 km north of Helsinki, in Tampere / Pispalanharju, lake Pyhäjärvi 60 m (60 km long, 8 km wide), shallow, hard clay ground, pier. Originally built in 1926, converted into a residential building in the 1960s, completely renovated in 2005, large living area (high quality home theater, big screen for movie viewing, Elisa entertainment channel, video box, high speed internet connection), sleeping space in hall with double bed, washroom (WC and shower), terrace. Downstairs kitchen 2 beds. No sauna. In the yard there are garden furniture and a fishing smoking box (Muurikka). By the beach pier and gas grill. The villa is on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi on a beautifully landscaped garden, only 3 km from Tampere city center. By bus you can reach Tampere center in 10 minutes. Nearby there are good jogging and cycling trails in the scenery of Pispala and Pyynikinharju (including an observation tower and a summer theater). Previously the building has been used as a cinema- and recording studio, now rented for festivities and for accommodation. This building is in the same yard with owner's conservation home, the beach is for the customers' own use, the lake is known to have good fishing possibilities. 1,2 km away on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi is Rajaportti's public sauna, which can be rented for private turns, but there is also public turns. Here you can combine your holiday with boating, fishing, grilling on your own beach and a great cultural offer of the city (among others Särkänniemi Amusement Park and Tamperetalo Concerts).

25 km south-east of Tampere. Lake Roinejärvi 140 m (length 10 km, breadth 5 km), shallow water, firm sanded clay bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1989, kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, 1 bedroom with 2 beds + 2 extra beds, washroom, electric sauna, open veranda. Separate lakeside sauna (wood heated sauna stove) with a hearth room with fridge, washing room, dressing room, shower, WC. Lakeside sauna is located about 110 m distance from the cabin and it can be used year-round. Cabin is located on the rocky hill and there is a slope from the cabin to the shore. It's recommended to use road from the cabin to the shore (distance 150 m, also accessible by car during summer). There are also stairs to the shore, but they quite steep and because they are wooden, they might be slippery when raining (stairs are not in use during winter). The cottage is situated in a country village on a hill and the sauna is down by the lake. The nearest neighbour (50 m) is a grain dryer which is used only few weeks in August/September (causes some noise when working and it can be heard on the cabin yard). Also child friendly beach area. Log cottage 2000, living room/kitchen 2 extra beds (1 foldable sofa bed), bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft/alcove 2 beds (few steep stair to the loft, see the photo), sauna, washroom, terrace. Access to WC and sauna from outside cottage. Blu-Ray/DVD-player. Air source heat pump, with cooling and heating functions. Nice cottage in lovely sunny place on shore of Lake Kukkiajärvi. Cottage plot is sunny and gently sloping. Additionally, in yard fixed grill with table and benches, as well as lean-to, in front of which campfire place. Smoke sauna on the yard can also be rented for separate charge, can be rented from first of May until end of October. NB! Lakeside sauna is smokesauna.
