Very nice comfortable hotel. Very nice staff too. Has supper and understand has afternoon tea too although no chance for that. Location is short walking distance to the famous Tian Xin Ge 天心阁ancient tower. There is a decently good restaurant a few door away. Within premise is also a wall etched with the word Chang Sha 长沙 good for selfie.

My friends and I stayed for 2 nights and it was better than what we expected! We booked 2 rooms with 2 individual rooms each and only saw some pictures from trip.com, and they looked exactly the same in real life. The staff there was really really friendly and helpful since we arrived, which is nice because we are foreigners and two of my friends couldn't speak Chinese. They offer you free tea whenever you want and a chill out area in the lobby, where you can have breakfast, have tea, etc. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, I have nothing to complain about, to be honest. We didn't do any research about the area, but everything turned out quite good. The historical area is full of small local shops and bars that you will 100% fall in love with, so don't worry about being a bit far from the city crowd. All in all, I'd stay again there if I go back to Changsha, the relation price/quality is perfect. Grateful for finding this place and if anyone from the hotel is reading this, thanks for the snacks you gave us before leaving! ＜3

The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet and private, the window is green, the birds sing in the morning, and the holiday feeling is full. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type and presented a fruit plate. The gym equipment is complete. The hotel is in a very good location. You can see the sculpture of Chairman Mao in Orange Island when you sit by the window. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, gentle and thoughtful. She also upgraded our room to a bathtub. First-class facilities, clean and sanitary! The dry and wet toilets are separated for easy use. The room is very big, the Tmall Genie is sensitive and cute, and the sound effect is great when watching giant screen movies at night! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Changsha!

Because my daughter's weekend cram school hadn't started yet in the first week of school, I suddenly decided to take a spontaneous trip to Changsha at almost 8 o'clock on Friday night after get off work. I found this hotel based on the three major factors of ”close to the subway station, clean and comfortable, and preferably newly opened”. I quickly browsed the reviews and found that it met the requirements. It was just that I was in a hurry and the room type I wanted was not available... Sleep is very important for travel, but a 1.8-meter double bed room is crowded with two adults and one child, and it is inconvenient to pack luggage in two rooms! Finally, I booked a king-size bed room after much hesitation. Less than three seconds after I booked the room, my cell phone rang. It was the hostess calling to confirm the approximate time and number of our arrival. During the subsequent communication, she took the initiative to offer to add a mattress on the floor for us, which perfectly solved my biggest concern about this trip! Long story short 1️⃣Unbeatable geographical location! It is located in a residential area not far from Exit 2 of Huangxing Square on Line 1. It is truly the best interpretation of ”quietness in a bustling city”! 2️⃣We met at the subway station. The diligent and enthusiastic ladies helped us carry our luggage and insisted on taking us to a nearby restaurant for lunch. 3️⃣Every request from WeChat customer service is replied within seconds no matter when 4️⃣In the evening, I went to the popular online store ”Ma Cha Chong He Yao Qie Xian” at the corner to pick up takeout (the 10-yuan noodles and soy milk here are perfect for my Guangdong stomach). The young lady saw that my daughter was not wearing enough clothes and reminded her to wear more clothes when going out at night, but the rebellious person didn't listen 😒 After more than ten minutes, the young lady probably saw that we hadn't come back yet, and was afraid that my daughter would be cold, so she took her down jacket and wanted to give it to her when we arrived. This is really touching 😭 5️⃣We were given a small gift of snacks from ”Cha Yan Yue Se” when we checked out We were basically running around outside for two days and didn't spend much time staying here, but the clean environment and thoughtful service made us feel the enthusiasm of the young ladies and the boss's determination to run this B&B well! Like, highly recommended! Finally, I would like to make a small suggestion. It would be better to add a shelf for towels and clothes in the bathroom. Otherwise, it would be a little inconvenient to change clothes after taking a shower. 😁
