The room is spacious, clean, has a water heater, wide bed, can see the view on the side. Well priced hotel. Checking in was a breeze. Staff can speak English. Very helpful in assisting me with various queries. My room on the 10th floor was large and spacious with a partial view of the nearby lake. Bathroom had an actual bath and shower, which you don't see that often in Asia. Location is pretty central with nearby shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. Not too far from the few touristy places. Secure off-street parking. Buffet breakfast was included in the price. Poached eggs, sausages, fried rice, toast, jam, juice etc.
