The ambiance, music, and lighting create the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel’s restaurants also offered a fantastic selection of gourmet dishes, with impeccable service to match. Hotel was very much value for money! Location was great with linked bridge to several big brands’ factory outlets and a couple of malls. Love that there was a welcome for fans like me who were there for a concert. Great to be back in my hotel room within 10 minutes by foot from the end of the concert! Staff were helpful with my bulky luggage the moment I got off my cab. Daily housekeeping was consistent and satisfactory! I’ll be back if I am attending any event at Impact!

We booked this hotel for the Greenday concert at Impact area. Location was about 30 minute walk. Was relatively clean and staff was nice. Was ordered room service and it was all cold and in the middle of the night the room above us was screaming and yelling until 3:00am. I called the desk multiple times no one answered. This was unacceptable. Upon check out staff did not ask how our stay was which I found suspicious.

The hotel is not bad and the service is also very good! Breakfast until ten o'clock. There are a lot of places to eat around, but it’s not very convenient to get to the city. Taking a taxi basically costs between 180 and 220. There is a night market nearby, which can be reached by taking a taxi at 110. The locals go there for delicious food and the price is very cheap!

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice. 

Rooms are very simple...From the outside the hotel looks like a 4 star, inside it looks like a 1 star guesthouse.

I do not expect anything much just need a regular place to stay for a night but the room was quite an unexpected journey of mine. Despite all the minor issues I don't mind, there is one problem that I couldn't stand is the leak from air conditioner which i noticed in the morning (air-con leaking when i was sleeping). The position of the leaking go straight to the table which pretty close to TV and the plug pocket where my charger was there all night, it is out of order. Luckily I didn't put my phone or laptop there as well. So do not expect much, just a lousy room or maybe you have a bad luck. I certainly understand they'll do their best to handle the situation.
