Amazing Stay with a Stunning Rooftop View! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop! The panoramic views of the city skyline were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. Whether you’re enjoying a cocktail at the rooftop bar or taking a dip in the infinity pool, the atmosphere is pure luxury. The ambiance, music, and lighting create the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel’s restaurants also offered a fantastic selection of gourmet dishes, with impeccable service to match. We booked this hotel for the Greenday concert at Impact area. Location was about 30 minute walk. Was relatively clean and staff was nice. Was ordered room service and it was all cold and in the middle of the night the room above us was screaming and yelling until 3:00am. I called the desk multiple times no one answered. This was unacceptable. Upon check out staff did not ask how our stay was which I found suspicious.

The hotel is not bad and the service is also very good! Breakfast until ten o'clock. There are a lot of places to eat around, but it’s not very convenient to get to the city. Taking a taxi basically costs between 180 and 220. There is a night market nearby, which can be reached by taking a taxi at 110. The locals go there for delicious food and the price is very cheap!

We stayed here because we had a convention near IMPACT. There's a Mall nest here (walking distance). Place was clean and big for the 3 of us. There's not a lot of amenties. But if you just want a place to sleep and enjoy roaming outside this would be great. Not too expensive.

Somewhat dated hotel but the staff were super courteous and extremely helpful, we also ate lunch in the restaurant which we really enjoyed. The rooms are in need of a makeover but overall it’s decent layover.

I do not expect anything much just need a regular place to stay for a night but the room was quite an unexpected journey of mine. Despite all the minor issues I don't mind, there is one problem that I couldn't stand is the leak from air conditioner which i noticed in the morning (air-con leaking when i was sleeping). The position of the leaking go straight to the table which pretty close to TV and the plug pocket where my charger was there all night, it is out of order. Luckily I didn't put my phone or laptop there as well. So do not expect much, just a lousy room or maybe you have a bad luck. I certainly understand they'll do their best to handle the situation.

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice. 

The hotel is in a good location, the river view is very beautiful, the sunset view is beautiful, the food is delicious, there is a fitness center, a swimming pool, a convenience store in the hotel, and a coin-operated washing machine in the hotel. The hotel room is like a condo with 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, the living room, the kitchen is shared, and there is a bathroom inside. Overall, it is okay. If I have a chance, I will come again.
