Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing).
Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture.
Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER.
Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

PPengguna AnonimThe room had alot including a fridge, iron, iron board, cooling fan, hair dryer. The spa had an ice room steam rooms saunas heated pool and a few other spa treats I've forgot lol really good stay the breakfast is a buffet continental plus English breakfast.
TTamuThe swimming pool was nice. The service was good. Dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids was around £50 (two courses) and the food was nice as well.
