Hotel Dengan Gym di Berkshire, Inggris Raya

Hotel yang bagus dekat dengan Heathrow. Tempat parkir mobil yang luas, tetapi biayanya agak mahal, £16 per malam. Namun, harga kamar yang rendah sedikit mengimbanginya. Kamar-kamarnya besar, dengan semua fasilitas yang biasa, dan dilayani setiap hari. Bonusnya adalah sarapan gratis, yang sangat disambut baik, dan sedikit mengejutkan karena harga kamarnya sangat kompetitif. Juga restoran yang layak, dengan harga yang wajar. Secara keseluruhan, Hotel berkualitas baik, dengan harga yang sangat wajar, di lokasi yang bagus.

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

Menginap semalam di hotel ini untuk liburan singkat ke Kastil Windsor bersama 2 teman. Lokasinya tidak di pusat kota, tetapi tidak sulit dijangkau. Kami berjalan kaki sekitar 30 menit untuk sampai ke hotel dan 30 menit lagi ke Kastil, yang merupakan area yang sangat cantik. Kamarnya sendiri SANGAT bagus, tempat tidur besar yang nyaman, TV yang bagus (meskipun kami lupa Firestick dan sepertinya bukan TV pintar), teh/kopi dan ketel disediakan, kamar mandi bersih meskipun air panasnya agak sulit dinyalakan. Secara keseluruhan, kami sangat menyukai hotel ini, kecuali anak-anak tetangga sebelah kami yang berisik dan sangat sulit tidur. Mungkin karena kamar kami memiliki pintu penghubung (yang terkunci), tetapi kami bisa mendengar orang tua mengobrol sekitar tengah malam dan anak-anak terbangun berteriak pukul 5 pagi! Jadi, kami tidak bisa tidur nyenyak. Saya pikir jika kami mendapatkan kamar lain tanpa pintu penghubung, akan lebih baik. Stafnya sangat ramah, tapi ketika kami memberi tahu keesokan harinya, dia bilang mereka akan mengganti kamar untuk kami, tetapi tidak ada gunanya mengganti kamar jam 5 pagi karena kami check-out jam 10 pagi. Saya juga lupa sikat gigi, dan mereka memberi saya perlengkapan sikat gigi kecil yang lucu berisi sikat gigi dan pasta gigi! Saya merekomendasikan untuk menginap di sini, tetapi tanyakan apakah kamar Anda memiliki pintu penghubung karena Anda mungkin ingin menghindarinya.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

We normally stay at the Hilton but I checked other hotels and found the holiday inn on trip. I can honestly say that the Hilton hotel in reading is not a patch on the holiday inn. The holiday inn is cleaner, the rooms are better and the breakfast was great, with lots of choice. Not forgetting the staff, they were polite and very welcoming.

The hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.

Return visit so knew what to expect :) super friendly staff, helpful and polite. Hotel was very busy as a wedding was taking place. However this did not impact our stay. Good variety of breakfast items inc dairy free products :)

While the room was clean and well-appointed, I found it to be smaller than I expected, which made it a bit cramped for two guests. Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the amenities; for instance, the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable at times, which was frustrating during my stay. The hotel's location was decent, with several restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but it wasn't as central as I had hoped. Overall, voco has a great concept with its focus on sustainability and unique twists, but a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience. I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.
