TTamuRoom was kind of slightly above average motel I was given one overlooking the top of roof, it is expensive for the price . The good thing is there is an EV charger for EV vehicles, front desk staff were responsive and professional

JJade TremblayI called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction.
The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him.
Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result.

SSunny-syKamarnya luas, bersih dan rapi, dua tempat tidur besar berukuran sekitar 1,5m dan sangat nyaman. Kamar mandi dibersihkan setiap hari. Ada 3 petugas pelayanan di meja depan yang bisa berbahasa Mandarin tidak ada sayur. Ada kopi dan air panas di lantai 1. Dekat dengan Stasiun Skytrain. Tidak jauh dan nyaman untuk kemana-mana. Sopir yang menurunkan kami di hotel sangat antusias. Dia bertanya tentang status penerbangan kami dan memberi tahu kami konter check-in mana yang harus kami tuju. Pelayanannya sangat baik!

TTamuStaff was totally excellent. The room is clean. Bed is very comfortable. The hot tub was just fantastic. Nice swimming pool. Food was good and I have no complaints at all.

TTamuFairmont seems to be a luxurious five star hotel. Nevertheless it’s a bit over-expected. The room is very small, and the toilet can only be used by one single person each time, which is very inconvenient if you go with young kids. High tea quality is unexpectedly low, the environment is good but the staff are not enough. The food is simply not delicate for such a renowned five star restaurant.

I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉
