However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.
I am very satisfied. The hotel is clean, the room is great, the bed is comfortable. I have no words. The staff is very friendly. They even packed my meal when I left.

I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service, but the customer service did not speak English and could not communicate directly with the hotel front desk. But the amenities were quite basic for a 5 stars hotel, the swimming pool/spa area was very poorly managed with staff not paying much attention and parts closed and quite poor quality.
Overall it was a good stay but it could be easily improved.
