Hotel Bintang 4 di New Jersey, Amerika Serikat

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

到曼哈頓開車20分鐘左右，附近沒有什麼可吃的地方，有一些韓餐還可以。停車方便。如果有車，推薦住這裏，沒必要住紐約市區，也比較安全

Kelebihan: Lokasi yang bagus. Pengalaman check in dengan Maria sangat ramah. Menginap di sini satu malam sebelum keberangkatan internasional keesokan paginya. Beristirahat dengan baik di tempat tidur yang nyaman dan di kamar yang sangat luas (tempat tidur ukuran king). Antar-jemput bandara nyaman. Sopirnya sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, saya akan merekomendasikan hotel ini di atas hotel lain di area tersebut. Kekurangan: Saya bisa mendengar penghuni kamar sebelah mengobrol hingga larut malam.

Very clean and convenience for trip in new jersey city and nice staffs during check in and out.

Hotel ini sama sekali tidak seperti hotel Sheraton di Tiongkok; kualitasnya setara dengan Ji Hotel (atau bahkan lebih buruk), jelas tidak sebagus Atour. AC-nya sangat tua sehingga bahkan saya yang berusia lima puluhan pun belum pernah melihat yang seperti itu. Mereka hanya menyediakan dua botol air, kolam renangnya lebih kecil dari pemandian umum, dan beberapa peralatan olahraganya rusak. Benar-benar tidak bagus. Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah lokasinya; cocok untuk berlari di sepanjang sungai.

Great hotel with a nice view. Close to downtown Philly for the convention center. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a well located, reasonably priced property. A big shout out to the bartender and the breakfast staff. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. Also, this is a large hotel and might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Interestingly, from the main lobby, it’s quite a walk to the nearest elevator. I do think they need to streamline the check in. They were training a new employee, which I have no issue with. There was one employee being trained and two others showing him what to do. When I arrived, there were more than twenty people in line. That was the only check in option. We all waited (patiently!) while each person was checked in at a snail’s pace. There was no “bear with us” or $5 off a drink for the extra wait. This falls far short of the Hilton brand as I know it.

Swimming was very bad , not clean water was cold floor of the pool was very bad , I hurt my floor . Lightning was very bad . Need total renovation
