TTamuI didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

TTamuA quirky University themed hotel at the site of New Haven heritage hotel - Hotel Duncan. Location is brilliant, right beside Yale and close to New Haven Green. Rooms were small compared to the charges. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you

MMuhammad Sabir JanLocation is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip.
For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs.

TTamuA nice hotel with spacious rooms, including a kitchenette, and friendly service. A perfect location for visiting Yale. My only complaint would be that the elevators are oddly slow and only one of the two appeared to be working. All things considered, I would be very happy to stay here the next time I’m in New Haven.
