Bilik bersih, luas dan selesa....cuma bilik air lantai kotor dan dinding berkerak...paip shower pun macam nak tercabut....breakfast memang sedap dan pelbagai Tempat makan banyak....dekat dengan mydin...

GRV adalah hotel yang sudah lama tapi dari segi penjagaan masih diselia dengan baik keseluruhan, cuma jika bilik air boleh dinaik taraf menghilangkan kulat yang sudah lama dan kekal dan juga jika di adakan perhidmatan terapi SPA sebagai pakej bagi keluarga yang datang kesini

Semuanya berbaloi baloi,dgn harga yg terjangkau..location yg sangat bagus utk jln jln cari makan dan shopping semua nya dekat .. reccommended utk org luar utk stay kt hotel ni ..

Love this hotel service very much. Although the amenities provided are not really complete as there is no swimming pool, this hotel served the guest very well. The staffs are well polite, great us whenever see us. Thumbs up to their roof garden buffet breakfast. Enjoy the yummy and variety choice food beside the scenery view. The scramble egg and mash potato are the best among all the food provided. The check out procedure was super fast. Will stay in Crystal Lodge if I visit Kelantan in the future.

Everything was amazing. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The best part of this unit is the balcony. Since it is a corner unit, the balcony is so huge and gigantic. We have the best view of the city. We get the city view and the city view. Netflix n PlayStation are available also.
