The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.

The wifi was too slow, they did not load social networks, the cleaning was regular since they did not sweep the room, they only limited themselves to making the bed. The service in the pools is sooooo slow, they have few waiters despite it being high season, and the sheets that cover the pool beds are worn and old. The pool towel service gives you one per day per person, and you cannot ask to have it changed for a dry one, you will have to keep the same one until the next day. The positive was the proximity and excellent location right in the center of the bay of Acapulco, opposite there is a shopping center with restaurants and shops. A few steps away a souvenir and handicraft market. And if you want to order food or any service through apps, it arrives at the hotel entrance in minutes. The pools are fine, although they could improve their cleanliness, since the water looks quite cloudy, especially in the adult pool, which is a great advantage if you are not traveling with children and want to relax.

Incredible place to spend family vacations or as a couple, it has all the amenities you can imagine including a slide, tennis court, gyms, spa and more !! Without a doubt, this is going to be the hotel of my preference every time I come to Acapulco. The food is also delicious and everything is of the best quality like the coffee and the services.

The cost-effective hotel is conveniently located next to the main church of TAXCO. The hotel is 50 years old and very artistic, but the room is very new and the area is large. We are driving by car. The hotel can have a valet. Car service, parked in the hotel's dedicated parking lot (70 pesos per day parking fee), will choose to stay at this hotel next time.

The hotel stated that it was opened in 1984, which is indeed long enough. The front desk of the hotel arranged a room on the 25th floor. Standing on the balcony, I suddenly felt that I came to the right place and chose the right hotel! Excellent location, beautiful appearance, and thoughtful design reflect the luxury of more than 40 years ago! Although the decoration level is decades ago, the space is spacious, the cabinets are large enough, hot water is available all day, the lights are bright, the electricity is sufficient, the air conditioner is easy to use, and the Internet is smooth. From the front desk to the dining room, from the floor to the swimming pool, the employees are very kind and enthusiastic.
