Kamarnya unik dan bersejarah. Telah direnovasi, mempertahankan nuansa vintage-nya sambil tetap mempertahankan fasilitas yang luar biasa. Staf kebersihannya cepat dan teliti, membersihkan kamar setelah sarapan. Sarapannya cukup enak. Suasananya nyaman, dan mereka memberi kami kamar dengan pemandangan indah gratis. Meskipun ini perjalanan bisnis, tetap sangat nyaman, dan pemandangan indahnya sungguh melegakan. Staf resepsionis sangat sopan dan membantu kami memanggilkan taksi, jadi semuanya berjalan lancar. Ada juga restoran di lantai bawah, tapi sayangnya, kami tidak mencobanya kali ini. Sangat puas.

Sebagian besar ulasan yang ada cukup akurat… hotel ini hanya untuk menginap singkat, hanya untuk tidur dan tidak lebih. Harganya bagus, tetapi jangan berharap terlalu banyak untuk hotel bintang 4. Lokasinya luar biasa. Tidak kotor, tetapi bukan hotel terbersih yang pernah ada. Stafnya netral. Anda dapat menitipkan tas, tetapi di bar (tampaknya) tanpa banyak pengawasan. Jika Anda mencari penginapan yang sangat nyaman dan mewah bersama pasangan, saya sarankan untuk membayar lebih dan pergi ke hotel lain. Tetapi, jika Anda tidak ingin menghabiskan banyak waktu di hotel dan ingin menikmati kota sepenuhnya, ini adalah pilihan yang cukup baik.

The hotel was overall clean and well-maintained. Its central location is a big plus, as it's close to the historic city and within walking distance of Termini train and metro station. There are plenty of nearby spots to grab something to eat, which is convenient. Breakfast was simple but well-organized, and the staff kept it well-stocked throughout the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One downside of the room was that there was only one power outlet, which I found surprising for a double room. I would expect at least two outlets in such a setup. Another letdown was the advertised laundry room, which unfortunately didn’t exist during my stay. Overall, it was a good experience, but I personally expected a bit more from a four-star hotel.

The hotel nice and quiet. Not too far from the termini station. The breakfast is good. Take a little walk from metro station to the hotel. By the way, I felt quite uncomfortable at the lately night to take a walk back to the hotel.

Perfectly located near the train station and business district, yet far enough to avoid any station noise. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. There is some typical street traffic noise, but it’s quite manageable and doesn’t affect comfort. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, check in and checkout went smoothly with no issues. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to travel to see all of the sites.

This hotel closed to Roma main train station was ideal for our family trip. We booked 2 room with four beds fit us perfectly, and the location couldn't be more convenient. Despite being near the station, it was surprisingly peaceful - we all slept wonderfully. The excellent environment makes this place highly recommended for families visiting Roma.

Hôtel ou le personnel à l’accueil est très accueillant et serviable. Bon petit déjeuner Par contre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles il y a des axes de progression comme la taxe de séjour pour 2 nuits cher pour un montant de 30€, le temps d’attente au bar pour qu’une personne vienne vous voir, la non présence des peignoirs à notre arrivée dans la chambre et qu’on a du réclamer pour aller au spa, salle de bain petite avec les toilettes à l’intérieur, manque d’isolation on entendait l’eau des douches et quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait une paire de chaussettes des anciens hôtes qui n’avait pas été enlevé .
