A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)

The facade is small and the traffic is very convenient. There is a light rail station nearby, and there is a delicious shop for Arabic snacks. This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.
