I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Giralda. The hotel is nicely located to many of the attractions, most of which are within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendltand helpful. The massage was amazing, and the rooftop pool was a hit. It was a perfect stay and I will definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Seville

The hotel was centrally located with good public transport connectivity. The staff was good and polite too. Everything was very nice. The exterior of hotel was giving a vibe of some 5* hotel but real disappointment came in when we entered the hotel.
It was built like some hotel from early 2000.
The room which we stayed in was very compact for a family with hardly any space to walk. If you keep a bag in the room, it will occupy it completely leaving no space at all. The wooden doors of bathroom seems to be broken. The bathtub in shower area was quite small to accommodate.
The wardrobe slider was hardly working as we had to push or pull it with great force.
And lastly , it was succeptible to every possible noise. If someone is talking in nearby rooms or walking above our floor, you can clearly hear and feels like it's an earthquake when someone in upper floor walks.

Supermarket and restaurants are plenty around.

We found this hotel room are quite nice, the facilities are all up to quality for this range of hotel. There are a lot of cafe, shops, supermarket near by. We also used a self-service laundry near by. Location wise, it is very close to the Metro to the train station. To get the tourism centre - Plaza Isabel La Católica, there is much direct bus, there are about about 15 mins walk. Or there is a bus 11 which is take some times. But there are a lot shops to explore alone the different routes. Overall, we are quite enjoy the stay here.

AAllyYSWe had three nights in Novotel. Location wise it is really close from the train station and the bus stand infront brings you directly to the centre as well as the airport. There is a mall beside so you can buy stuff from the Carrefour. Nothing can complain about the cleanliness too. However, a guy at the reception desk attended us for check in. We asked for stuff like what is complimentary at the mini bar, dental kit and slippers but he wasnt not really friendly in answering us. Also to our surprise that Novotel doesn’t provide dental kit, which is exceptional for our stay in experience. Other hotels have been able to provide it. Also when we checked out early morning on our last day, the same guy attended us. I asked for his help to book a taxi for us. When I asked how long will it take, he was really impatient and rude in answering. Likely won’t return to this hotel for the next stay in Sevilla.

IismaelMEl apartamento está en pleno centro de Sevilla, a escasos metros de las Setas de la Plaza de la Encarnación, así que la ubicación es excelente.
El apartamento tiene absolutamente de todo: menaje para la cocina, amenities en el baño, armario fuera de la habitación, planchero y plancha, toallas, edredón y dos almohadas por cada cama. La habitación dispone de un balcón pequeño que da la calle y aire acondicionado. El salón es amplio con televisión y un gran ventanal, totalmente insonorizado, muy luminoso que da a la Plaza del Cristo Burgos, desde donde se puede ver las Setas de la Encarnación.
El baño era amplio y muy limpio todo. El apartamento es de lo mejor que me he alojado en Sevilla hasta hoy día.
Luminoso, espacioso y justo frente a la parroquia de San Pedro.
Y la ubicación? Inmejorable. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Sevilla, a escasos metros de la Encarnación (las setas). En general, no dudaría en alojarme de nuevo en estos apartamentos.
Un fin de semana muy gratificante.
La llegada automatizada quizás sea algo liosa. Pero hay dos grandes profesionales en recepción que te ayudarán en todo.

SShijiewuxianda^_^Semuanya bagus, tempat tidur sangat nyaman, lobi hotel restoran dengan variasi yang cukup, di dekatnya juga terdapat Burger King, KFC dan supermarket Aldi.
Ada dispenser air di lobi untuk menyediakan air minum gratis, dan ada ruang cuci di lantai 1 (saya tidak pakai)

RRiazFWe came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing.
I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service.
The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC.
Room:
Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair...
Mini Kitchen:
There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself.
Shower:
The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco.
Reception:
Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid.
We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix.
We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them.
There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it.
Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.

PPengguna AnonimThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception.
The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water.
The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker.
The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened.
The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided.
Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

TTamuMy stay at Catalonia Granada was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located — close to the city center and only a few minutes by car from the Alhambra Palace.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring guests’ comfort, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.
However, I have one small comment: the room I was given was located down a few steps, which was a bit inconvenient since I was traveling with a baby and a stroller, and I had to carry it every time I entered or left the room.
Overall, it’s a great hotel that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Granada, and I would definitely stay here again.
