I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Glorious Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Yinchuan, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

來銀川出差兩天，提前在攜程找到這家酒店，選擇這家酒店的原因之一就是離高鐵站比較近，到酒店後，酒店大堂裝修就很精緻，辦理入住也比較快，前台小姐姐還為我推薦了附近的美食，服務到位，很用心，感謝他們！房間是那種輕奢風格的裝修，房間大，也很乾凈，樓層內還有個休息區可以看書休憩，挺不錯的！早餐也很豐盛（忘記拍照），自助式的。總之，下次來銀川，還會選擇這家酒店。

這個價格的酒店，一般無功無過都會給5分好評，但這次體驗屬實有些無語。
1，保潔服務硬闖房門。想睡懶覺，房門設定了請勿打擾並反鎖。誰曾想，保潔9點連續敲門兩次，我半夢半醒沒有應答，結果驚訝地聽到保潔直接刷卡開門了！要不是反鎖，保潔已經推門進來了！保潔發現打不開，又刷卡一次，下壓門把，企圖開門。門鎖報警把我嚇清醒了，大喊誰啊？！回覆“要打掃嗎？”我説現在不用，保潔直接走了——頭一次遇到如此“鬆弛自由”地客房保潔服務。
2，房間隔音效果極差。隔壁房住户打了一上午電話，我竟然可以每一句都聽得清清楚楚，甚至連電話對面都可聽清，吵得難以休息。後續換房後，衹要隔壁説話，也都能聽清內容，説明不衹是某間的問題。
唯一滿意的是前台的服務態度，熱情積極，幫忙把大床房換了雙床房，對保潔問題道了歉。但其解釋是：保潔是最近新招的，還沒培訓到位，“看不懂房門標識”。客房服務人員不在乎好評率，但前台經理要背評分壓力，希望體諒他們前台的不易，仍給5分好評。這種解釋雖令人困惑，但按其要求體諒，可把2分評價提升打到3分。至於更高評分，還是等其他顧客在他們“培訓好”後，過來入住再打出罷。

TTamuLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

TTamuStayed 1 night late August. 24kms and ¥40 taxi ride from ZhongweiNan fast train station. The area used to be a farm on a bend of the Yellow River. There are numerous accommodation areas, all looking similar. Apparently, one person owns all, and rents out clusters to various entities. Ours had a restaurant, but it wasn't open. For dinner and included breakfast, we went to the first restaurant on the right as you enter through the security gate from the carpark.
Peaceful part of the world. Facility had a nice little pool, but water was too cold. Too dangerous to swim in the river. As you face the river, we walked right to a glamping area and had a cold beer. There is a petting zoo type deal on the way. To the left, you eventually climb up to a mini version of the great wall. Keep walking, for a side track to the river, or up to a little pavilion after crossing a road.
+ points, well set up, peaceful and secure.
- points, zero English and most frustrating experience I've had in China even with apps both ways. We all travel with a price to quality/experience ratio. In this instance, far too high, and I wouldn't be back or recommend this place

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

The guesthouse gave us a free upgrade because we had two doggies which was a marvelous start. I love a guesthouse who is so hospitable and puts the needs of their visitors above cost.
The location is perfectly close to Helan mountain which made for a wonderful morning ride to the mountain.
The free wine taste each night was most welcomed and delicious. The free tour of their wine cellar was also a lovely touch.
Food was the best of the three Dalezhiye that we visited this trip. Five Star Michelin feeling in the restaurant with gorgeous views is the Helan mountain and greenery. Also close to many top vineyards in the area. Absolutely quiet and perfect for those wishing to leave the hustle and bustle.
Highly recommend for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Yinchuan.

PPengguna AnonimFirst of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of April 2024). It's a four-star hotel, and the facilities are typical of such hotels in China - very good. The staff was also kind and helpful. It's possible to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out. The location is a bit of a mixed bag, but that's more due to the fact that Yinchuan station is quite far from the city center (about one hour by bus). The hotel itself is located very close to the city center, but there aren't too many things to do there. Still, public transportation is quite accessible from the hotel, and of course, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money, especially since cheaper hotels don't seem to accept foreigners.

HHansycArrived late but the front desk was extremely helpful in settling us. Extra pillows and blankets were provided swiftly to allow us to settle in right away.
The hotel is just a short 7-10mins walk away from the main train station, a perfect stay if you've just arrived or plan to travel by train.

SSafrina EvelynWe stayed here for 2 nights. On our arrival, we realised that the hotel is located just behind the Yuhuang Pavillion. It is also conveniently located near the popular pedestrian street in Yinchuan.
The staffs are very helpful. From the receptionist, to the cleaner and the guard too. Everyone is kind and helpful.
The room was cosy and clean. The bed, blanket and pillows are comfy. We had good sleep. The bathroom was clean. The prepared bathroom slippers for us to use.
The laundry is on the 3rd floor. They prepared drying area too.
I give this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the location, quality of service and comfort. I strongly recommend you to stay here.
