We like staying at Holiday Inns. No frills, good breakfast and the soft/hard pillows. Since it’s an international brand, the standards are there regardless whether it’s a new or old hotel. Can’t go too wrong with it.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

The location is excellent, the transportation is very convenient, and it leads directly to the City of David. The hotel environment is clean, bright and elegant, and the service and overall design reflect the grandeur of the InterContinental Hotel. The breakfast is rich, the service is warm, and the layout is reasonable. There are cloakrooms and makeup partitions in the room, and the various facilities are easy to operate, and the elderly and children can understand them at a glance. The whole family is very satisfied.

The hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness, good location and friendly staff and what surprised me was the artificial intelligence in the room. The terrace was awesome as well.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The housekeeping aunty was friendly. The hotel will send robot to deliver fruits on your first day. I luv the TV and toilet bowl which come with heated seat and electric bidet. The laundry room was also fantastic. Overall I’m very impressed with this hotel except for the afternoon tea provision is kind of disappointing.

A hidden gem in the ancient city. The room is clean and modern and the man that runs the hotel is very friendly. The location is perfect for exploring the ancient city and snack street is not far away. Plenty of food options and Meituan bikes or the metro are nearby to help you get around.

When traveling, I have booked Orange Hotels in several cities. The Orange Hotel in Luoyang is the one with the highest satisfaction. The decoration and color matching of the room are very warm, and the room is also very large. There are two 135 cm single beds, which are not crowded even when sleeping with children. When checking out, the front desk also took the initiative to ask if you need mineral water, and informed you in advance that the shop downstairs was being renovated. The sound of the renovation could be heard in the morning, but it did not have much impact. The location is also very good, and it is very convenient to go to scenic spots.

1️⃣ Good location, right next to Erqi Square, just over 200 meters from the subway exit 2️⃣ Convenient for eating. Asia City is right next to it and there are many other restaurants. 3️⃣ Clean, comfortable bedding, and large enough room 4️⃣ Newly opened but no peculiar smell

Location of the hotel is great, walking distance to Erqi square where you can find all the fashion mall, eateries places, etc...Its just next to Zhengzhou Railway station (100m away). Hotel buffet breakfast was good. There is a small minimart next door. Just walk 100m to main road to call Didie/taxi to go where you wanted. I call Didie to Yellow River scenic place which took 40min and cost RMB52.

Stayed for 12 days. Hotel has only opened for business for several months so everything is very clean and neat. In place of a TV is a projector, which is my favorite thing. To a layman it can be a little challenging to get used to, but once you learned how to use it, it’s a hard to beat experience. Big movie screen right in your room! Staff were extremely friendly; I asked for a couple of more bottled water for a few days and front desk happily provided them. Free wash machine and dryer. And I took advantage of them on a daily basis. Breakfast does not offer many varieties but it’s inexpensive! 15 yuan or a little over $2. I ordered wonton soup almost daily; it was tasty! Location is fantastic. Only 50 meters from subway entrance even though I didn’t use subway much. Across street is one of the city’s leading shopping malls and there are many, many restaurants on the ground level inside the mall. If I have to list one con item, it’s the small entrance which can be hard to spot from the street view. Overall 5 star experience! Thank you. 谢谢🙏

The facilities are very new, the service is thoughtful, there are fruits, snacks, and milk for free in the evening, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there are cars to pick up and drop off when arriving and leaving. Every department and every employee of the hotel is particularly conscientious, from getting off the car and opening the door to every step of the hotel, including checking whether the room is missing after leaving the hotel, they are all in place! The hotel has a super variety of breakfasts, which makes you unable to choose. It is suitable for guests of all tastes and requirements. The beef soup is authentic, and the beef is unlimited. I think I don’t need to go to a small shop outside to eat beef soup. If I want to go to Luoyang again, maybe it’s because I still want to stay in this hotel.

Stayed from April 6 to April 8. Good location and nice staff. Quite lovely choice for breakfast. Only disappointing point is that there is no black coffee nor tea.

The driver who brought us here said that the wetland in front of the hotel is the only wetland in Kaifeng City, and they were given it to build a hotel, which also shows Jianye's strength in Henan... The hotel is very close to Wansui Mountain and Qingming Riverside Park, because there is a distance of one kilometer from the roadside to the hotel lobby. The hotel will have a shuttle bus to take guests staying in the hotel back and forth between the gate and the lobby. Because it is winter, the scenery of the wetland is slightly inferior. It should have a different charm in summer... The rooms in the hotel are not big, but the internal public areas are empty. I always feel that there is a lack of luxury, and the public areas are extremely cold. Why the air conditioning system is not turned on, I don’t quite understand... A bottle of wine and afternoon tea were given upon check-in. The service was okay. The waiter will actively help coordinate the room. Breakfast is a shortcoming. This time I stayed in two hotels ranked first and second in Kaifeng. The breakfast is not outstanding in hotels of this level, and it is estimated that no local hotel will be better. This is my second time in Kaifeng. I have a good impression of the food, environment and culture here. The location of this hotel is OK. It is convenient to drive, take a taxi or ride to the scenic spots. It is also OK to go to some good breakfast shops and old restaurants. The check-in experience is very good. From the parking lot to the front desk to the floor waiters, they are all very polite and kind. It can also be felt that the hotel is operating with heart and providing software that exceeds the expectations of guests as much as possible. For example, the room includes Chinese medicine foot bath, a small tent in the room, children's toys, cartoon bed covers, and more soft drinks besides mineral water. The location of the hotel is very convenient for travel. The hotel is next to Longting Park. It takes 5 minutes to walk along the lake to the park entrance. Fanlou is opposite the main entrance of the park. You can see the night view of the park from the room at night. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. There is a commercial street next to the hotel, which makes eating very convenient. When checking in, the lady at the front desk also gave the hotel a customized tourist map, and each attraction was marked very clearly. This time we decided to stay in Kaifeng on a whim. If we have the chance, we will choose this hotel again.

Very good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

Pretty central location within 15/20mins from two of the main foo streets/night market, 3mins from one of the lake and 20mins from the main temple. Rooms are surprise-less Ibis Styles and do the job well. Patient and helpful staff, including calling a didi (hail riding in China) to go to the North railway station (quite out of town). The breakfast is average, the variety and taste are quite ordinary, and it should be improved... There is also a bug that the preferential policy booked with the app can only be used for the member's own stay and consumption, but there is no limit on the number of reservations, resulting in the inability to check in to the multiple rooms, and having to cancel and re-order.
