After careful consideration, we decided to book Baiyun Hotel because of the convenient location to the various spots of sunrise and sunset. We were lucky enough to start our day early and therefore arrived earlier than check-in times. The staff was kind enough to let us into the room at that time and Ms. SONG was the loveliest, as she was constantly taking care of us, including sending us messages through WeChat regarding sunset/sunrise times, suggestions, tips, amenities and shows. (The hotel even had a performance later in the evening). Regarding the rooms, they were quite nice, the hotel even provided thick jackets so that we can be warmer during those early morning trips. What stood out for us was that the bathroom included a Japanese toilet and very nice body lotion. One thing that could be said, is that they were slightly pushy about providing a 5-star review, which they do deserve.

Perfect stay in this amazing mountain. The hotel is well located. Staff is really available to make the stay comfortable. Hotel has all services you need, you forget that you are on the top of a mountain with no access by road. Good job to all people who carry all the stuff on their strong shoulders ! Room was clean, very confortable bed. On the morning the hotel organize a sunrise tour and you have a special jacket in your room as it is quite cold in the morning. The food is great with plenty of delicious choices. I highly recommend.

First of all, fairly easy to get to, and the manager will direct you on the routes to take. The day was sunny and we went about to West Canyon. This is a must see and fun. The rest is pedestrian. We went to see the sunset with the hotel. Not much happened. It rained in the morning, so no sunrise tour. However, after the rain was the mist, giving credit to its fame.

Microtel by Wyndham was exceptional. Very clean and spacious, perfect for relaxation before or after expedition to huangshan. Would recommend all our friends to stay here when coming to this area!

A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

This hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the HuangShan North Train station. We walked. On a cool day, its ok. The room is spacious. The place is clean and nit. Breakfast variety was good, though we felt it could have been better. Overall, we have a satisfied experience and will likely return if we were to be in HuangShan North Station again.

Although the price is definitely a little high, it makes sense for a hotel situated on top of a mountain. The public areas were bright and spotless. The room I booked was comfortable and mostly clean. The bathroom did have bits of black on the ceiling. Can’t beat the location though, as it’s close to a great spot to watch the sunset/sunrise. Appreciate especially the helpful service and timely communication from Kai at the front desk, who was also kind enough to share his photography of the night sky. I was able to get a few cool shots at a scenic outlook he had recommended. Maybe because I went a little late, but the dinner buffet was pretty mediocre. Overall a very good stay. Would book again, but maybe choose other food options.

We stay at a family room for 3. The room itself has 2 storey with spacious toilet and a sofa, and a double bed and a single bed upstairs. Breakfast is tasty with various local dishes but the same kind of food in our stay for 2 days there. The hotel provides free 24 hr laindry room with commercial washers and driers.

This was my first visit to the famous Huangshan. My tour agent helped us book the entrance fee, cable car, and electric bus tickets. We needed to show our passports at every entry or boarding point, as the electronic tickets were linked to our passport numbers. The hotel we stayed at is a nice one, located right next to the Yuping cable car. However, be prepared to climb another 15 minutes to reach the hotel. We arrived early at 10 am, so our room was not available yet. We left our small backpacks at the hotel and trekked to the Bright Summit. Along the way, we saw monkeys and passed by the Baiyun Hotel. By the time we returned to Yupinglou Hotel, it was almost evening. The trek was scenic but very tiring, with many stairs. Our kind and helpful host, Yu Jian, from Yupinglou Hotel was in constant contact with us through WeChat and recommended places to visit. This hotel is closest to the Celestial Capital Peak, but I was too tired to climb it the next morning. I highly recommend climbing this peak and will do it if I have the chance to visit again. Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay in. Don’t expect too many luxuries, as it’s located on top of a rugged mountain. Even the vegetables and food need to be carried by porters to the hotels, which is no easy task.

Walkable to Xiaoyaoxi station where you take the bus to Yungu or Yuping Ropeway. But the hotel still has transport to drive you to the location from 7am onwards. Complete amenities in the room. Breakfast is not too bad.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is as good as always. The hotel is in a good location, the environment is very comfortable, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep, there is no odor, and the non-smoking room is thoughtfully arranged. It locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view. The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles. There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies. It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of the city center so there’s a good connection to the pedestrian shopping area right at the door. It’s quite busy and crowded part of the city so if that’s your thing this hotel is the right one for you. The hotel also offers a separate self-laundry room at the 7th floor so for quick laundry and ironing clothes for business travelers such as myself it was pretty useful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Hefei for a business trip.

The hotel has very good location which is close to the metro line 1 and line 2. Our room was on the 23rd floor, it's clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast starts at 6:30am, has a wide range of choices and very handy for elderly people. The hotel building also has restaurants, cafes and beauty salon in it.

The SSAW hotel in Hefei is my number one destination. I love everything about this place from the staff at the reception when I arrive to the confort of my room to the location of the place. I always have my breakfast at the hotel. I am very traditional with my choices but the restaurant offers a variety of food. Thank you again for a great stay Annie Clouâtre

Good location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding helping with a few things and even having a staff member guide to a COVID testing place followed up by another gentleman who made sure I got there. Incredible staff. Will stay there again for sure. My apologies as I didn't write down the names of the staff. Wish I could remember as they deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.

My family booked it for me. I came here to try it out. It was pretty good and worth the money. My granddaughter liked the chicken noodle soup. The girl at the front desk also gave me a baby toy, which was very thoughtful. The carpets in the room were clean, which made people feel at ease.

We booked duplex loft suite room and it was very comfortable stay. One living room and two bed rooms with large bed. One special bonus was, we were able to access to the roof top of the building from stairs next of this room. There was seating area on the rooftop and morning view from there was super nice. We highly recommend staying here.

My trip to Hongcun became even better because I chose this B&B. The room is clean and tidy, full of the charm of Huizhou architecture, and every piece of furniture reveals a sense of history. The boss family is very enthusiastic. Not only did they patiently answer all our questions, but they also recommended authentic and delicious special dishes to us. Here, every detail makes people feel at home. The experience of being quiet at night and awakened by the chirping of birds in the morning is truly precious. Highly recommended to friends who want to experience Huizhou culture in depth!

I came to Hongcun on short notice so I booked a homestay when I arrived at the parking lot. This homestay is inside the scenic area. It takes less than two or three minutes to walk from the big tree at the entrance of the village. It is in a small alley so it is very quiet in a busy area. You can't hear the noise from the main street at night. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic. When they heard that we were in the parking lot, they asked us to wait for the boss to pick us up (he also sent us to the parking lot when we returned). Thank you very much! The homestay is antique and the decoration is the style I like. The wooden loft, take off your shoes and walk up. Our home was like this when we were young. It is very nostalgic and friendly. I walked up and down several times. The cutest thing is the cat and dog butler. There are two cats and a dog. There is also a bird that says hello at the door. If you like cats and dogs, you must come. I have recommended the location to my friends circle.

I went to Hongcun, a place I had always wanted to visit. I looked at it on Ctrip for a long time and was attracted by the lobby environment of this hotel. When I first arrived, I was really amazed by the bamboo at the gate. The environment of the hotel is absolutely 100 points. The housekeeper upgraded me to a tatami room for free. The air here is very fresh and the surrounding is beautiful rural scenery. It is recommended to rent a bicycle and ride around. I stayed in a two-story villa with a courtyard on the bottom floor and a balcony on the first floor. The room is also equipped with yoga mats and other sports and health equipment, which is great. You can park at the door. You can see the mountain from the balcony of the room. The scenery is very good. The afternoon tea in the lobby bar has a great view. There is also a free sunset afternoon tea in the evening. The breakfast is very rich, especially the pancakes and steamed dumplings, which are delicious. The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper contacted me one day in advance, arranged a room for me, informed me of the precautions for check-in, and my requirements. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the arrangement was complete. Two room attendants, whose work numbers are in the photos, were on call when I needed them. Breakfast was at a restaurant with a high rating next door, and there was a cute cat. Prices are very cheap in the village. The bad thing is that the smell of grilled sausages from the opposite side comes to the yard.
