To be honest the stay was good! The room is clean! The staff is friendly and helpful! Early check in was not possible which was kind of disappointing after our arrival from the airport at 07:00. Manila is just not very attractive! And we had a smoking room next to us - so we had to change room in the middle of the night and then our room got smaller without a minibar and a misconstrued shower! All in all was it good! We stayed in the room nearly the whole day!

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

Front desk checked us in quickly. Had to check out at 6 to catch the next flight, and since we paid for breakfast they packed us sandwiches to go, very accommodating of them. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly not as clean as the bedroom. It needs some bleach and a scrub...looks like it hasn't cleaned properly in weeks possibly months, otherwise it's a nice hotel. Bar on the room was beautiful.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number. What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️ One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. Love staying at New World Makati. Already my 3rd time. Just across Greenbelt 3. Walking distance to Landmark. Shops and restaurants are very accessible. Clean and safe with courteous staff. Variety of food at breakfast.

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.

It was a perfect place for my staycation even if I just stayed overnight and convenient to meet up with my friends and just 30 minutes away from the airport. Friendly staff, clean room and nice city view. I’d stay here again. Appreciate the conservation of water and energy. Highly recommended!

The employees are all amazing. The location for party and food is really a good hotel to stay. But if you are a type a person who wants to have a goodnight sleep, maybe the hotels in this location is not the best choice due to noisy streets.

We last stayed in this hotel more than 20 years ago. It is a great location, central to shopping malls and restaurants, cafes, bars etc. The hotel is first class, same as it was all those years before. The staff were lovely, well spoken, very professional. The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge pool, jacuzzi, steam room all great! The buffet breakfast is more like a feast for kings and queens! Great variety, including international fare e.g. Japanese, Indian, oriental and western food. It was exceptional. My wife misplaced her purse with valuable jewellery. We asked reception and they found it for us. It had been handed in by a security guard. We gave the guard a generous reward for their honesty. Loved our stay and we will return.

Had a lovely stay with family at Hilton Manila. Really happy to find a 5-star pet-friendly Hotel in Manila. Excellent location. Pool was great. Gym was average. Staff are kind and hospitable but service can still be improved.

Nice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. We are overall happy with the hotel. Service was good and we did not encounter any service issues during our stay. We did not use much of the hotel facilities but did enjoy the daily breakfast. On the Sunday we were there, they had switched the breakfast location from the usual Cafe to the Ballroom - while it is understandable given the hotel was running at increased capacity, it would have been better if the hotel had informed us the prior day that the location was being switched. This would have saved us unnecessary time going to the wrong location before finding out it had been switched.

This is our family trip for Chinese new year. First time to Manila and this hotel made exceptional service. Cafe serves great coffee (espresso with cocoa) and cakes we tried while waiting for check-in. There even have an indoor basketball court beside cafe you can view from hotel entrance. Great spread international buffet breakfast which they change menu eg noodles and sushi. Will be back to stay in this hotel..

The location is average, next to the Lucky China Mall, and the facilities are relatively old. The waiters are very friendly, shopping downstairs is convenient and relatively safe, overall good.
