It was a perfect place for my staycation even if I just stayed overnight and convenient to meet up with my friends and just 30 minutes away from the airport. Friendly staff, clean room and nice city view. I’d stay here again. Appreciate the conservation of water and energy. Highly recommended!

Very clean. Staff are so so nice. Even my request was done by the management to put happy birthday for my wife. They didnt know that I can speak tagalog and english but the touch of writing the japanese in a piece of paper is so awesome. They really took time to do that.

Nice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .

The employees are all amazing. The location for party and food is really a good hotel to stay. But if you are a type a person who wants to have a goodnight sleep, maybe the hotels in this location is not the best choice due to noisy streets.

I’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy. However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record. Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process. While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

We are overall happy with the hotel. Service was good and we did not encounter any service issues during our stay. We did not use much of the hotel facilities but did enjoy the daily breakfast. On the Sunday we were there, they had switched the breakfast location from the usual Cafe to the Ballroom - while it is understandable given the hotel was running at increased capacity, it would have been better if the hotel had informed us the prior day that the location was being switched. This would have saved us unnecessary time going to the wrong location before finding out it had been switched.

A Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip. The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!
