Lovely place to stay and get you settled down before your flight in a hot air balloon. Awesome service from the two gentlemen:Mohamed and Haluk. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of dishes to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel if you happened to be in Göreme..

What a fabulous little hotel. Beautifully presented in line with the theme of the Cappadocia area. The rooftop area has a wonderful view of the town and the staff were more than helpful. The breakfast each morning, which was included in the price, was just fabulous.

The hotel is very cosy and with a beautiful landscaping. It’s close to everything and with amazing views to the fairy chimneys and balloons. The room is beautiful and very well decorated. The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice. The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

The guy receptionist welcomed me even when i arrived late at night. The check in was quick, he gave me a hot coffee and carried my bag to my room which I really appreciated. They asked if I needed help with arranging activities or transfers for the duration i was there. The room was spacious and breakfast was great. Thank you.

Satisfied with the hotel! The location is great just walking distance to the centre of Gerome. I basically walked everywhere to the restaurant, gift shops and bus station. Sadly i was there on limited time, i wish i could stay longer. The room was nice, clean and warm. The breakfast also great!

Location was not amazing as it was 10-15 mins walk to nearby restaurants however I quite like the peacefulness. We didn't explore much of the facilities as we were out most of the time and the outside just seems to chilly. I honestly would not mind stay here again because of the resident cats and dogs. However, the service given by one of the management staff was so disgusting, it left a bad taste in my mouth eventhough 2 months has passed since we checked out. His name, Haki. We checked in early at 10am but was no expecting any room but wanted to leave our bags. His smile was insincere to start. He proceeds on to share all the various tours happening and asked us our interest. I mentioned we have booked balloon tour. He asked how much we booked it for with an attitude. I replied ”Affordable...... about 60-70 Euros”. He replied with such arrogance and judgmental tone ”Oh i am not sure about that offer, i have never heard that company” Well, guess who had an amazing sunrise balloon experience. Thats right...........us!

OVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room. I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise. They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair. AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional. LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.

Overall a pleasant surprise great ambience, great decor, good service, location is slightly away from the hustle bustle so you would need to hire a cab to even get to a place of interest or to grab a bite. Well kept rooms, it's a new property and the ambience and decor are classy yet modern.

Pros: Hotel is slightly above the ground so you do get a decent view of the surroundings Service is okay Breakfast is average Hot water is available in rooms Cons: The beds we had in Room 25 were super creaky and not comfortable at all - given the price we paid for the suite cave room - I would say was disappointed with the beds provided. There are no dining options within the hotel but yes within 5 minutes walking downhill you do get the downtown restaurant access. Caution - the walk back uphill is a tough ask - do try Dibek restaurant if you want to for traditional floor sitting dining.

Great view from the balconies. Also not far from the Goreme center. Lots of restaurants and shops around. It was a memorable experience to live in a cave. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds! We even got a hamam in our toilet! We got welcome fruits and teas. Also the buffet is abundant and delicious! They can help arrange taxis as well. Everyone were friendly esp Mr Orhan who is in charge of the kitchen and dining area. He made delicious desserts. The manager also helped us a lot and gave us tips. I highly recommend this hotel!

They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool . I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning. Thank you so much. Very sweet . I got the gift from hotel when sending me back to the airport and I will remember you guys -enthusiastic services and this hotel ! So happy to stay in here .

There is a large bed + a small bed inside, not two large beds as mentioned on the introduction page, but the hotel also arranged a small bed for another double room, so it is enough for sleeping. You can watch hot air balloons from the balcony and hotel terrace around 5:30 in the morning. Because I checked in early, the hotel gave me breakfast that day and tried to arrange early check-in, which is worth praising. But the booking experience was mechanical and inhumane, and I was not very happy.

I can tell this was the best hotel i have ever been ! It was very clean The staff were unbelievably friendly and professional, We had out wedding there and they took a super care of us , the gust manager Mrs, Arzu was like the most responsible and hard working person i have ever seen , she did things that i am sure was not a part of her duty , the hotel architecture was wonderful, the food were delicious. Definitely I would go back ! And strongly I recommend this hotel .

Beautiful hotel located in the largest shopping center in Nevsehir. The pool, spa and gym are amazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent (dinner and breakfast). Very good value for money. I recommend.

It is a hotel in the style of old money. The configuration is very similar to luxury resorts in other European countries. The rooms are new and clean. They should be the best rooms in the whole area. Choose a room with a terrace and balcony. The view is superb. You can see hot air balloons in the room, facing the sunset and distant mountains. The hotel has its own farm, orchard and vineyard. The tea and supplies used in the room are the same as those in the four seasons of Istanbul. It feels very much like a hotel resort opened by an old money family.

Everything was perfect especially staff is great clean room! Indoor pool was perfect. Breakfast has enough variety and delicious.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. It is located at almost the highest point of the town. The rooftop platform is very nice for taking photos. The scenery is very good and you can overlook the whole town. Secondly: The guy at the front desk is very nice👍 and very polite. There is also a chef who is also very good... The service of the hotel is impeccable. They will also feed some stray cats, so that they don't grow too fat^_^ We arrived late, and they also helped us book the itinerary for the next day... Although it is a bit regrettable that we didn't get on the hot air balloon due to weather reasons, we will still go in the future! If the weather is bad, it is recommended to stay a little lower. It takes about 5-6 minutes to walk up from the bottom, because it is so beautiful to watch the sunrise from above and take pictures, and it is so photogenic...

We spent one night at the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, left our things, and went to wander around the city. We were met at the hotel by very friendly guys who told us everything and showed us everything! thank you very much Begimai!!! The girl greeted us like old friends! The hotel is located on the highest point of the city and from a very authentic terrace you have a gorgeous view of the entire city! It would be a wonderful evening spent on the terrace with exactly the same enthusiastic guests! Breakfast is worth a special delight! Abundance of everything! and also with this view I recommend this hotel not only because of the view, but also the excellent attitude towards guests

Our experience here was nothing short of amazing! I highly, highly recommend you stay here. Not only was it affordable, but it is absolutely stunningly beautiful. The upper levels with the restaurant and bar have amazing views, and our standard cave suite was large, comfortable, and so unique. The staff here are all incredible and very service oriented. They were very helpful in arranging our transfers, balloon ride, the Red tour, and giving us all kinds of advice on where to eat in town. I recommend this hotel 1000%.

Just finished staying at this hotel, it was great! The staff's service was really great! The staff especially mentioned AYŞE who will take you through the hotel's facilities and help you deliver your luggage to the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the scenery of the hotel was very charming, both the scenery outside the window and the overall atmosphere were unforgettable. Whether you are here to relax and vacation or travel for work, this is a highly recommended choice! Looking forward to coming again next time!

We stayed in this hotel for two days. We took a hot air balloon on the first day. The hot air balloon failed to take off on the second day due to weather reasons, so it was not important for us whether we could take pictures of hot air balloons on the rooftop. When choosing this hotel, we took into account the peak season of summer vacation. There are too many tourists in popular rooftop hotels. Even if the scenery is good, the photo experience may not be satisfactory, and you have to bear a high price premium. In contrast, I think it is more appropriate to go to the observation deck or rent a classic car to chase hot air balloons. To take beautiful hot air balloon photos, it is best to choose a low-flying hot air balloon or use a telephoto SLR. It is difficult to achieve the ideal effect on the rooftop with many tourists. Although there are many people in the classic car and the observation deck, because of the spacious space, you can still avoid the crowd and take beautiful photos. Therefore, I personally did not choose the cave hotel, and I don’t recommend staying in those popular rooftop hotels during the peak tourist season, because the high premium often does not get rooms and services that match the price. The hotel does not have air conditioning but it is not too hot. The overall service attitude is good, the meals provided by the restaurant are more in line with the appetite, and the front desk is very helpful in calling taxis and ordering hot air balloons.

The room is big. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Uchisar Castle and not far from Goreme Town by taxi. The hotel terrace has a great view and you can directly see the hot air balloons. The boss is very nice. He can make dumplings himself and for us to eat. He can also make fried rice. There are not many people in the off-season, so it is quite comfortable to stay here overall.

Very nice room. Authentic cave style. Everything is new and clean, the bathtub, the kettle etc.. The breakfast is very nice. The staff were very helpful. Even when some of them don’t understand English, they helped with my issues with google translate patiently. Ask the staff before planning your schedule— they give excellent advice!

Good place, a bit of a failure in terms of cleanliness. Because there was some toothpaste on the mirror, apparently from previous stays. The shower in our room, on the mixer, ran and splashed in different directions when I turned it on. Overall not bad, standard Turkish breakfast, good service in the hotel restaurant.

Great and friendly service! Their rooms are amazing and to pictures. We joined day tour the day we checked out and we didn’t leave enough time to have breakfast after watching balloons and sunrise, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a takeaway breakfast, she was so kind and understandable that we didn’t want to be late for the bus pick up. And luckily we had breakfast to go that we wouldn’t be hungry for the tour that involves hiking until lunch.

When checking out at noon, I forgot to leave my personal belongings in the bathroom, and I stayed on the second-floor terrace of the hotel in the afternoon. The room cleaning lady did not remind me to return them, which affected my next trip. The service awareness and standardized management of the hotel staff need to be strengthened!
