The room looks nice. With the king size bed just for myself it was spacious. Shower was alright. The pressure of the shower could have been much better. There is not much toilet amenities, just cotton bud and shower cap provided. No tooth brush or toothpaste or combs. The room was not sound proof at all. You can hear people talking from next door or from outside the room. They refilled water bottles daily which was awesome. Staffs provided excellent service and they can speak good English as well.

number of people staying really matters to the hotel - upon checking in they will ask how many people are staying and they strictly wont allow more than 2 people in a room, its their policy - we came in a group of 3, so we need to pay additional 1000 baht per night. we stayed 3 nights so we need to pay 3000 baht upon checking in - its impossible to lie to them as their lobby is very open so they definitely can see how many of u guys coming once u drop out from your airport car - i dont mind and im not angry to the hotel because we need to respect their policy, plus the receptionist is kind and helpful, they talk to u nicely cleanliness - the room is very clean and well maintained, nothing to complain. i feel comfortable - pool is clean as well, i saw they clean the pool every morning location - the only downside of this hotel is the location. its not on the mainroad. its a bit far from the beach. - i book grab around 70baht one way to the beach and shopping streets. - i book grab around 90baht one way to aonang landmark night market - i book grab around 70baht one way to aonang muslim street food - if u’re planning to rent a motorbike then the location of this hotel doesnt really matter breakfast - all halal breakfast - variety choices of food - breakfast served from 6.30am - 11am - one male staff on duty name Music was really kind and pleasant. he always check on the guests to make sure we have a good breakfast experience in the hotel amenities - i love that this hotel uses an app for us to order additional amenities daily. its very easy and convenient - after u order from the app, the housekeeper will send the items to your room luggage storage and weighing scale - they provide luggage storage without additional service charge - and they have big weighing scale for u to weigh your luggage before going to the airport hotel lobby - the hotel lobby is open concept hence there is no aircond - so if your return flight is late at night like in my case, after checking out, we went to the nearest coffee shop to sit and relax with aircond overall experience - satisfied

D first hotel I stayed in Krabi. Location is excellent as City Night Market is at d doorstep. A huge 7-11 is by d doorstep too. Stayed in d new Deluxe rooms n everything is good. Suitable for shopaholics n foodies to Krabi.

One of the best hotel you can look for in Krabi. Its views are stunning. Located in the heart of AoNang. Very convenient you can find anything just in walking distance. Rooms are also spacious and clean. Definitely coming back.

Room was great. The room is clean. However would be perfect is the hotel can consider putting up a portrait on the glass of the bathroom. It is too translucent when showering inside.

The hotel was nice - view from the room was brilliant! However do note this hotel is not accessible: the hike to the room was difficult even for people in their 30s. It’s also quite far away from the town. Pool is rather dated. Longtail boat transfer to and from the pier was great bonus!pity that the reception staff weren’t nice - in all other hotels in Thailand we were welcomed with a big smile, but here the check in took forever and the staff seemed to look at the customers as a bother

Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Krabi A wonderful hotel located right in the center of Krabi! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to temples, the main street, and other attractions. Getting to Ao Nang is super easy with a short ride on a songthaew. There’s a 7-Eleven in the next building, and a music club nearby for those who enjoy nightlife. The lobby is bright, cozy, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, light, and decorated with plenty of plants, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. We initially planned to stay for just one night but liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay. Highly recommended!

Overall, a rather good value for money hotel. Big comfortable bed, 10min walk to Ao Nang beach. The shower lacks however of water pressure and the water temperature is not easy to regulate. The hotel has an activity and shuttle bus to airport service, it costs us 700 THB to go to Krabi airport for a private mini-van (4 adults + 1 kid), the price was the same outside. Had a nice evening and dinner in Ao Nang beach at the last Fisherman bar, at the very end of the Ao Nang beach front alley but much worther than other seafront restaurants, the view is much better, food is good and cheaper. The only thing is you'd better be patient, have to queue to get a table and waiters are too busy so hard to get one.

My stay at COSI Hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi, was pleasant overall. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. While the room was fairly basic and I did encounter a lizard, the staff was quick to handle it and very accommodating throughout my stay. Their friendliness and efficiency made a big difference. Although I didn’t get a chance to explore all the facilities, the hotel provides a decent budget-friendly option if you’re looking for a simple place with good service.

location wise not so good, quite far from krabi town & aonang beach. but good thing is the free service to aonang provided by the hotel, but it would be nice if it’s every hour as the maximum is 10 people. it is also quite dangerous as there are no street lights. overall still okok.

The service was incredible, the hotel was designed with a lot of stylistic consistency and attention to detail without compromising on comfort. The staff were very kind, helpful, and pleasant to be around. The food in the restaurant and the morning was amazing. I wish I could use other words besides “amazing” for everything, but it is just an accurate description of our (me and my wife’s) experience there. The location is great! Its close enough to key parts of the area, yet intelligently distanced (around 50-100 meters) away from the action so that the noise of everything never disturbed us during days we preferred the quiet. 10/10 on all parameters. Special thanks to the team of the hotel which were the key part of our personal feeling around our stay.

Breakfast- smaller selection than usual five stars but it was high quality.  Activities- so much to do if you’re into fitness! Hyrox, Spartan, HITT, Muay Thai, rock climbing (some have surcharges- need to Check) Service- I found this lacking in terms of front desk service and phone as everything you are asked to dial 0. Maybe it’s the language barrier. Ten step onsen- only available 2 timings/day 11am and 5pm so you really have to plan your time around it which was annoying so we did not end up doing  Late check out- not available! Allowed to use facilities, only open shower available and change at the spa.  Beach club- free use of bean bags for hotel guest. But usage of pool is chargeable with minimum spend (depending where you choose to sit it’s a different price) free activities for hotel guest- kayak, paddle board, padel )  Pool- take note pool not allowed for kids below 12. I found the hotel very stingy with towels. Also lack service. Nobody comes to you to offer menu and ask what you’d like, I had to look high and low for attention.  As you walk out from Varana. there are some restaurant options (6-8 restaurants) very affordable.  Overall, we had a good time but lacked the magic somehow.

Nice bungalows with all comforts, nice white beach to relax on with bar for food and drinks, they can organise boat trips and excursions for you at a decent price. Unfortunately I feel like all the famous beaches around which you are supposed to go see are packed with tourists and full of plastic, I think they should take care of the beaches where they send their clients to, our boat trip was nice but we cut it short at one point cause the beaches were too crowded or dirty. We personally picked up 2 full big plastic bags of rubbish while the boat crew set around smoking. Also the lunch boxes were not great. The Ruan Thai restaurant was very nice, book a day in advance though cause it fills up quickly. The spa also is great, very good massages and nice environment. Cute village nearby to walk to for drinks, dinner, cheaper massages and mini markets. All in all nice resort but not an unforgettable experience.

Awesome service and location is also good. Lots of restaurant and store just outside the hotel. All the staff from guest services, room service, dining staff, amenities (pool/beach and kidz club), bellboys were awesome. Room is clean and the toilet too. Room service will check randomly if you need anything which we appreciate. Service of all the staff were top notch and worth every penny. They gave us complimentary wine in our room since we are celebrating our anniversary. Thanks so much!! Shout out to Lita from the Mangosteen restaurant in the hotel, she is the sweetest and our daughter loves her. Looking forward to our next trip in Krabi and will definitely stay here again.

From all of the hotel I been to over 20+ year of traveling over Europe and Asia I never seen any hotel as big as this not to mention the swimming pool is extremely beautiful, the service was a solid 7/10 the room 8/10 but just the look of the hotel and the swimming pool is a 100/10 and it’s even close to the beach and the night market the beach is right in front of the hotel not more than a 1 minute walk and the night market is around 5 minute away and it’s also fill with delicious food! I high recommend this hotel, such wonderful experience, it should be a tourist attraction, overall 9/10 hotel great place to stay for a while highly recommend!👍

We are happy to recommend this resort as everything was perfect. The room was cleaned daily. We were provided with two bottles of water everyday. The personnel were very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

Booked the hotel with some friends as the internet video and website looks so alluring. Arrived at the hotel with super warmth hospitality, truly a 5 star service. The property is very large, spacious and have a rustic Thai style. The facilities and amenities like gym is super neat and tidy, equipments are well maintained. Th pool is nice and super huge with a pool bar which we literally hung out most of the time. There are other amenities like snooker and table tennis which require a small fee to play. We opt for the club lounge access and while the food options is a little disappointing but otherwise the service is tip top.

The resort is located very close to Ao Nang, but at the same time it is completely by itself. A real perfect location. Getting to and from by boat and Monkey trail makes for a really special place. The restaurants, food and breakfast were amazing. Loved the monkeys that would come right on to our deck. Would easily come back here again with my family

Without question, the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed at. With our own private villa and private pool overlooking the ocean and Hong Island, we were literally in paradise for our stay. Being welcomed with an incredible view at the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the warmest of staff who were so helpful. Not just with things at the hotel but organizing airport transfers, day trips and anything else we needed. Krabi was great but Banyan Tree, Krabi was sensational. The breakfast buffet has absolutely everything you could wish for, including a make-your-own Bloody Mary/Mimosa station! The Saffron restaurant was exquisite with exceptional cocktails of which I had never heard of and the spa is something out of this world. The hotel looks, feels and even smells amazing every corner you turn. Lighting around the beach bar and beachfront: stunning. Day tour on a private longboat: stunning. Banyan Tree, Krabi: stunning.

I am very very impressed about the great attention for all staff of this hotel is just amazing. People super educated and friendly. This was my first time in this hotel and the prices vs quality is worthy. The coordination since the reservation to my hotel was impeccable. The food delicious, the room was super clean, comfortable bed and super spacious area. I definitely will get back. Highly recommend for people which loft the quiet and confort.

Here's a short review in English based on your notes: --- This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

I really enjoyed my stay at the beachside resort. The location is good, just a short walk from the peer, and the staff are friendly. It’s popular with young groups so can be a bit rowdy by the pool in the afternoon, but I was able to sleep undisturbed as the bars are not immediately close to the hotel. There are some fantastic cafes close by and some nice beachfront restaurants in front of the property.

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history. The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar. The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved. Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

It was great experience, if you go there you have to take water taxi ( boat with Thai guy) they try to scam you, if you ask the hotel to rent taxi it should be around 1000-1200 baht, taxi people will ask you to pay 750 baht each person, so try to not get scammed people, Service was amazing, Nature and food everything was excellent, try massage and there is cool show and activities on Fridays and Saturdays. The hotel is overall good but our room - garden bungalow - was not comfortable for the price, it needs a big renovation. Bathroom and shower-head are outdated, shower time were not very pleasant, towels are hard and all stained, all furniture is very old. There’s no attention to details, simple things like placing a mat at the door so the room doesn’t get full of sand. Breakfast was fair and all staff were kind and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful but a bit busy with boats and tractors coming and going. Jimmy’s Cafe was pleasant and had some good dishes.

A wonderful resort! Location: The resort is located ~10 min walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier and located away from all the nightclubs and noise. The resort is right on the Loh Dalum beach and has its own private beach space. The location is perfect for couples who want a time away from all the noise. Staff: All the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the message ladies were so lovely. If one needs feedback for improvement, the bellboys could introduce the resort and the amenities while guiding the guests to their rooms. Amenities: The most stunning feature is the swimming pool overlooking the beach. The guests are free to use Kayak and paddleboard for an hour, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but very lovely and clean. Since the houses are built by bamboo, outside noise can be heard. The poil bar has lots of nice drinks. Thai massage overlooking the beach is a must! Cleanliness: Everything was kept very clean. The staff were cleaning the pool after it's closed. Meals: The resort restaurant has a stunning view across the beach. We initially intended on eating outside, but the view in the restaurant was perfect and lit with bamboo lights and torches, so we had our dinner at the restaurant. The meals were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Best stay indeed !! Stayed at deluxe villa for 4 nights, and 1 night pool villa, very satisfied, will be one of my favorite hotels , definitely coming back again !

Rooms were large and spacious, and the pool was great! Location was perfect, only 40m walking from the pier. The beds were super hard but I think that’s the standard on the island as other friends in another hotel told us their beds were also very hard. There is a strong sewage smell at night that comes from the bathroom but again for the island I’m not sure you will find anything much better especially at short notice. I would suggest booking in advance for sure as hotels sell out quickly. The hotel was also right on the beach which was lovely.

It's just that the ebb tide is too much, it's a bit inconvenient to get wet on board and get off the boat, and it's really hard to carry luggage and climb stairs. I ’m sorry if you do n’t give it! The environment is still very good! It ’s just that I ’m going to board a plane and it ’s not convenient to get wet. Far islands! It's a bit inconvenient to bring children!

Nice huge hotel, it has 3 big swimming pool, room were big and spacious. Breakfast selection was excellent, heads up for the kitchen staff, really enjoyed our breakfast. I do see some bad reviews on the room condition and furniture, which is untrue. The hotel is in good condition or perfect condition.

Warm and great hospitality. Fully pledged facilities at the resort. Well planned airport transfer which is seamless. Great food served everytime and attention to details even for family with young kids. Lush greenery and close to nature/seafront. Will definitely make a return trip with Pimalai. Great effort and well done, team Pimalai!

We had a great stay. Our room was very clean, modern and spacious. The pools were big and not at all crowded, so perfect for relaxing. The pool bar and restaurant staff were very friendly, making us feel very welcome. The reception team were also very helpful with our requests. Good breakfast. Location was also ideal - quiet and felt in nature. Easy access to both a private and public beach. The public beach leads to lots of bars and restaurants (some with fireshows) within about 10 to 15 minutes of walking which is great at sunset / in the evenings. We would definitely reccomend / wish to visit again !

An excellent hotel that isn't far from the main hub of Ko Lanta. The services provided by the staff were excellent. The food (especially the breakfast), was good but slightly limited each morning and the gym could do with some refurbishment and better equipment.

An amazing hotel in a great location. The staff are incredible, the best service ever, they can’t help enough. Especially Su, who looked after us so well and really went the extra mile to make our stay amazing, The restaurant was lovely, on the beach and the food was great. We had the best time at Twin Lotus. All employees are super nice & helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the rooms near the beach,very recommended. On arrival, we received a room that had no roof to its balcony, plus it was connected to another room. The reception staff was helpful & let us move to another room with the required balcony roof for the following 2 nights. Breakfast is good and varied. We chose to use the hotel's offers for a rented motorbike & and island hopping, although you can find it cheaper in town. But you can try and negotiate if you'd like. All in all, I highly recommend staying at the twin lotus hotel.

Everything very good excellent big room a lot of space two TVs in the room.  Nice office area. Easy access to the beach friendly service. The only thing is that they don't have elevators so you have to go up with the stairs,  and the other thing is for four-star hotel, they don't have toothbrushes. Other than that everything was perfect price was excellent. Definitely recommend big swimming pool they also offer a bath robes 😉

The hotel is so beautiful, sea view and so quiet and peaceful too. It was a great trip in a perfect hotel. Clean and comfortable and the price most importantly is very fair

In my opinion, the best accommodation option on Koh Hai. Excellent restaurant, they cook delicious steaks. We checked in at 12 o'clock in a house on top of a hill with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff speaks excellent English, very friendly. Hornbills fly right onto the territory (near the massage), they are not afraid.

Because the room I booked in Krabi was hard to describe, I wasted a night in the hotel and went directly to Lanta. The decision was correct, I like this island very much. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. I was out of breath on the first day climbing the stairs (I don’t exercise enough), but the room is very good, with a holiday atmosphere, a large terrace where you can lie down, and the hammock is also cozy and comfortable. The service is very good, there is laundry service, island hopping day tour booking, and boat ticket booking. There is a 7/11 nearby, and there are several restaurants with good taste. It is in the south of the island, 5 kilometers away from the national park and 5 kilometers away from the main beach. Rent a small motorcycle to travel freely. The hotel is also cost-effective and worth recommending
