We arrived early in the morning, the front desk gave me two more bottles of water, and then two days were sent to the room for free as required, very satisfied. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, 7 sets can always find what you like. I chose my favorite English breakfast, and the fruit platter delivered was awesome. The surrounding shops and supermarkets are very convenient, the rooms are OK, it is recommended.

The hotel is located in a very international and safe area, unfortunately the hotel has many things to correct such as: * The hotel does not have something as basic as offering room service. * The breakfast is very basic and offer no variety in the Buffet menu they have. * They do not have an elevator to the parking lot, for those of us who rented a car, we had to park and walk up the emergency stairs since it was the only way to access the parking lot or back to the reception. * The security people in the parking lot are uncourteous and never greeting anyone, they do their job very reluctantly. * The internet on the 11th floor is superrrrrrrrrr bad, and for a business trip it is useless since the connection is very intermittent and you can not connect more than one device at the same time. * The girl at the reception was sleeping at 4 AM when I came down to check out. * The hotel does not have a swimming pool, gym or any exercise area. To be a little honest, my stay was unpleasant at this hotel.

The service staff speaks good English and is very friendly. The room is very comfortable and clean. There are many restaurants nearby. I would like to stay there next time if I have the opportunity. Unfortunately, I can only stay for one night. I can stay for a few more nights next time.

The hotel has everything a basic budget hotel should offer. It’s meant for solo travelers as the bathroom is transparent. It’s efficient in its design. But I wish they provide some bottles of water.

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

I visited Lima for the first time to attend the Peru 2023 Defense Exhibition and to have a business meeting. It was in a very good location for business and downtown work for 4 nights and 5 days, and the staff were very friendly. thank you ^^

The Ibis Reducto in Miraflores offers a very good standard. We arrived at 4:30 a.m. and were able to check in without any problems and sleep well until checkout at 12:00 noon. We were also able to leave our luggage in the hotel without any problems, where it was safely labeled and stowed away. The room was very good and the comfortable beds made us sleep on cloud nine after the long flight. The bathroom with the warm shower and good water pressure was also a relief. We can recommend this hotel without reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot give any more detailed information about any of the other services such as breakfast, etc., as we did not use them that one night.

This is the most comfortable airport hotel I have ever stayed in. The overall service spirit of the staff and the convenient luggage storage service allowed us to use this hotel as a base to plan several short trips. The room was fresh and clean, the hot water was very hot, the herbal shower gel and shampoo had a very comfortable scent, the bedding was neat, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in, the coffee machine was very considerate (although we are all tea lovers), the breakfast was delicious, the airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, and they can also help call a taxi into the city. Just negotiate the price before getting on the car, and it is recommended to give an appropriate tip.
