Hotel Dengan sarapan di Southland, Selandia Baru

Bersih dan rapi, dua kamar, dua tempat tidur, satu besar dan satu kecil, ber***a seputih salju, sangat menyegarkan. Dapur dan peralatan makannya lengkap, tapi sayangnya tidak ada range hood. Saya tidak berani masak barbeque karena takut bau, jadi hanya bisa pakai oven.

The room was small being disappointing from other good IBIS Hotels have had bigger. In this case the ceiling had mould which is not good at all being left there. I should have asked to change rooms but stayed in it with little window viewing as well along with ventilation. The hallway stinks of cooked Indian food they need to put in air fresheners to take that bad ordour away. The staff were friendly and amenities were very plentiful. Suggest to have bigger bowls and cups being very little to eat from. Car parking is a problem at this place either on the street paying for it from 8:00am to 5:00pm or over in a mall car park for $10.00 a night. So factor that in if staying here. Better to get a place that provides it as it was a hassle to be up at 8:00am to go downstairs and pay for this each morning. Overall for money and value feel could have done better else where.

Please inform customers before you change the rooms for them. I had booked mine for the bath, then you gave me a different room on arrival, not even explaining why you had to change the rooms. So I had to see staff at the reception again after checking to sort it out. In the end, i got the room with the bath.I am sorry to say that your place smelt musty that is not right for accommodation for the health and safety reasons. I have also found mould in the bathroom you might want to look at. Hope all gets sorted soon. Thanks. Best.

Great location. Friendly and attentive restaurant staff. I really appreciated the use of the laundry. I’d definitely stay again if I’m back in the area and would recommend to friends and family.

Nice hotel located near Invercargill train station with free parking opposite the building. Check in is fast and all the information is explained by the receptionist. The room size is ok for me, but there is no air conditioner in it. Wifi connection is free and most of the necessary amenities are provided in the room.

Staf umumnya ramah namun layanannya tidak memenuhi harapan. Kami seharusnya check-in pada jam 2/3 sore, dan mendapat konfirmasi dari hotel di pagi hari. Namun, ketika saya tiba jam 4 sore, saya diberitahu bahwa kamarnya belum siap dan mereka perlu sampai jam 5:30 sore untuk menyiapkan kamarnya. Tempatnya sedang dalam renovasi dan berantakan serta berdebu, tapi kamarnya bagus dan bersih. Secara keseluruhan bagus dengan pemandangan indah.
