Budget friendly hotel near Sendai Station. I opted for breakfast and the food was amazing. Courteous staff, no noise, peaceful. You might find mouldy smells occasionally but it was fine for me if I compare this hotel with other ones.

Found a shortcut to the hotel! From Sendai station, walk towards the Parco 2 building, go down the stairs and walk the back alley towards Sendai Morning Market and the hotel will be right infront of you! Staff were friendly and they had many amenities for you to choose from at the lobby! They even provided hair curling irons etc 😅 Room was clean and big enough to open 2 luggages.

It's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.

Good distance from Sendai Station, Clean hotel, Limited choice of amenities. Overall is good for the price.

The staff were quite attentive to the requests that we were asked to do so at the front desk such as receiving our luggage in our stead when it was delivered and there were many kinds of amenities to the personal choice of the guests.

The hotel of JAL has very good service and is very comfortable! It is next to Sendai Station and is very convenient to go anywhere. I recommend the beef tongue of Rikyu Nishiguchi Main Store, which is not far from it! It is really delicious~

The hotel is located near Sendai station, just about 5 min. walk. However, the hotel sign is not prominent. For others hotel, you can see the hotel name at the top of the building and find them easily, this hotel you have to walk with gg map. The staff were not at the lobby when we checked out. And they have no luggage deposit service. There was a sign saying you can leave the luggages at the lobby but they are not responsible of it. (meaning, you can leave it, but if it’s lost, not our business)

Very spacious room, ours was provided with a massage chair which was great! Closed to restsurants and shopping areas but a bit walk to JR station. Very polite staff. Breakfast ok but not impressive. Lobby quite nice, offering free coffee.

At Breakfast buffet they serve food with all the allergy ingredients but it was not at all clearly mentioned if it has pork or beef or chicken. Example : there was a potato salad where it says they do not have pork in it but found out that they put pork sausage inside them while eating and they will will let you know after you ask them. If they would have mentioned clearly it would be better to reconsider when you have allergy issues. I feel that was poorly organized. Please be careful with the allergy issues before eating during the breakfast and ask them in details about the ingredients if you feel confused.

I love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

You can see the beach from the hotel, which is about 5 minutes' drive away. It may be a little difficult to walk on the snow, but it's still acceptable. Clothes can be washed and dried in the room, which is very suitable for people who want to do laundry while traveling. There are many people at the check-in time. If you have luggage that you have checked in, it will be picked up at that time, so you need to allow more time. 

The room is a bit small for three persons, though i think it is the normal room size in japan. It is still worth the money. The hotel provides sharing space next to their lobby with all day snack bar and night light meal. The onsen is nice but i think a bit too hot. Overall, love the place

I am very grateful for the courteous service from check-in to check-out. The coin laundry machines for men and women in the large public bath were very convenient, and I was very grateful to be able to use the dryer while taking a bath. There were also many amenities available, making it a wonderful stay.

The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Massage is not recommended. The sofa area on the third floor overlooks Matsushima and offers a variety of free drinks and snacks. Very relaxing area. 40 minutes of free karaoke can be reserved before 8 pm, and there are Chinese songs to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to the glass pavilion next to it, and you can visit it for free with your room card. Bicycle rental is free. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious. Dinner is a buffet of 11,000 yen per person including tax. There are also many choices of drinks and wines. The oyster rice and chestnut cake are especially recommended for dinner. The sanitation of the hotel is very good, and the attitude of the service staff is also good. The hotel provides free bus transfers between Songdo Station and Songdo Coast Station. I searched the platform and found that a single room only cost 600+, so I decisively decided to book a stay. After checking in, I felt like it was a large complex hotel that is common in Japan. The room corridor is very long and luxurious. There is a Japanese restaurant called ”Lele” on the first floor. It is open until 11 or 12 o'clock at night. I saw posters with taro beef hotpot and ********* fresh food. Yuxian and Miyagi local sake, after taking a bath, I heard bursts of laughter when I passed by. There is also my favorite large bathhouse, which is very large and has two open-air baths. There is also a beverage area in the lobby. Apple cider vinegar and plum water are both delicious. There are FamilyMart and 711 not far behind the hotel. The only flaw is that the guy at the front desk didn't feel very enthusiastic.

In the hotel on the mountain, it feels safer, you can see the sea view, dinner is booked in a lunch box type, because it was still an epidemic before, so I chose this, but breakfast is eaten in the restaurant, breakfast is very rich after eating, I feel that dinner will be great if I choose to eat in the restaurant, because breakfast is very good.
