Room services are good and convenient, and it is relatively quiet place. The main issue is the hotel is near the highway cross, so it is crowded when going to downtown.

The hotel staff was the best thing about the hotel. They were lovely and kind people, especially the reception team. Many people knew turkish and that helped us a lot. The rooms were nice with good views and the breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay there again.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. A mobile phone can only access the Internet with a maximum of 500mb of traffic per day, and the signal in the room is very poor. To connect to WiFi, you need to be at the door or downstairs lobby to connect easily and smoothly. Basic facilities are normal, no hair dryer, overall it's okay Breakfast is included every day, but it is recommended to eat at 9 o'clock, there is almost nothing left if you are late

This is the hotel I stay at every time I go to Iran on business. The mango juice in the room is really delicious. I drank two bottles in a row. It is the best bottled juice drink I have ever tasted, haha

The room type did not match the reservation at check-in. There were no windows in 603 and there was an onion smell in the middle of the night. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff responded quickly. Easy to take a taxi. It is recommended to stay, but to avoid the transformation of the 6th floor loft room, no window depression.

Very nice hotel, but the customer service from front desk not so good. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast and location was ok for me because I was going to the embassy of Mexico, but might not be so convenient for other popular places in Tehran.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we generally enjoyed our stay here, however there were something we didn’t like 1) No one ever came to make up our room when we were out during the day. They did bring us clean towel upon request though. 2) Room card key needed re-activation every day and they didn’t tell me until I complained about the card key not working properly. They should tell us when we checked in. 3) Breakfast was purely Iranian style, not my type.
