This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport. We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier. Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

The staff, especially in the restaurant, was super friendly and helpful in every way. Certain staff in the front office went out of their way to be helpful. That was much appreciated.

We didn’t use many of the hotel’s amenities due to our short stay, but we noticed the gym and the restaurant facilities, both of which seemed to be well-kept. The only minor downside we experienced was with the air conditioning, which took a little time to adjust to our preferred temperature. However, this did not majorly affect our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant one-night stay at Holiday Inn Gurgaon, and we would recommend it to other senior citizens looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel in the area. The staff, comfort, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience. We would gladly return on our next visit to Gurgaon.

I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors.

Fantastic hotel, ultra modern, super cool vibes, nice room with a funky shower room! Breakfast was great, good variety and they also make you various omelettes to order, all included in the breakfast buffet! Staff are attention and helpful, would defo stay here again and highly recommend it! Coming from London and seeing a hotel like this, loved it!

Quality of food is good, location, room are excellent, Fantastic room, super comfortable, great amenities, super helpful staff. If you want to stay somewhere very nice on the way to or from the airport, this is a great option.

This hotel is very good and my room was very clean, I was tired at night, as soon as I checked and went to the room, seeing the room good, my fatigue went away and I also got very good sleep at night and the breakfast of mourning was also very good. I thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart.

Nice clean little hotel located near New Delhi train station and not far from Paharganj. You probably can't find better hotels in the area for the price. If hygiene is an important factor to you in choosing a hotel, this is it. It's not squeaky clean, but you will be surprised when you see it. The room is a bit small, but if you're a solo traveler, the space is sufficient, at least to me. Breakfast is good, all Indian style. 작지만 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 파하르간지가 가깝고 교통이 편리한곳에 위치해 있어서 tuktuk driver 와 말싸움을 할필요 없이 조그만 걸으면 열차나 지하철을 이용해서 원하는 목적지까지 무난하게 갈수가 있습니다. 방은 작지만 1층에 아담한 courtyard 가 있어서 필요하면 조용히 앉아서 쉴수도 있고 커피(free, instant, but tasty)를 마시며 친구와 이야기를 나눌수 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 아침식사는 인도식이어서 우리의 입맛에는 맞지않지만 안심하고 먹어도 되는 수준입니다.

The hotel has a prime location but it needs a lot of improvement. From the check-in service, there is a shortage of staff. The rooms are a bit old and smelly The toilets are not in good condition. The water quality they provide is some normal filter water in the rooms. No bottled water is provided. The room sleepers are so small they can fit small children only. Even after requesting the sleeper at least normal size. When the person called the incharge him that ask the guest we have only this and if you needed it or not. This kind of language was not acceptable. This is not 5-star hotel. It is a scam either from Trip.com or the hotel to provide false information

All very good, clean and spacious rooms, some adjustments and touch-ups needed on the wooden doors, but the stay was very pleasant and the standard is good compared to other hotels in India. The buffet was plentiful and the staff very helpful for every need

Friendly, professional staff; Clean, comfortable room; Delicious array of international cuisine on breakfast buffet. Only negative for us was distance from airport - felt just a bit far to be a convenient stopover sleep between flights.

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

I always enjoy this Aloft location. Sukanya always take excellent care of our team. She is very attentive to details and gives us her undivided attention when we check in and out. She is a credit to your hotel.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Radisson Blu, Dwarka. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the in-house restaurants served delicious food. The staff was warm and professional, making the experience even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro. Overall, a luxurious and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

Huge hotel . Perfect room with nice design, Big and comfortable . - long check in process . In the room was super super cold. The air conditioner was turned on at +29, but it felt like +16. I turned off the air conditioner, and the room stopped being ice only in the morning.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, our experience was marred by a few serious issues. The hotel boasts a beautiful ambiance and well-maintained surroundings, which initially made a great impression. However, we faced two significant problems during our stay. Firstly, the pool area was unsafe. To our shock, there were nails in the pool, and one of them got stuck in my son's toe, causing us distress and inconvenience. This is a major safety concern that needs immediate attention. Secondly, the quality of the quilt provided in our room was extremely poor. It was uncomfortable and didn't match the standards expected from a hotel of this kind. Additionally, the food was sub-par and left much to be desired. While we appreciated the pleasant ambiance and certain aspects of the hotel, the safety issue and lack of quality in basic amenities like bedding and food made our stay less enjoyable. I hope th. First, I had not been to this hotel previously. ”Hotel” staff were helpful. The room was overpriced: a mere cubbyhole. They did provide someone to assist in getting to the next ticket counter. Little description of how to actually get to the hotel, in the middle of the terminal. I purchased the ”$25 dinner”; and what a joke. Wait staff was slow, the fish and chips took nearly 45 minutes in a restaurant with only a few patrons, fish had a ”funny” taste to it, small menu, based on the per meal pricing, there was no reason to buy a $25.00 meal. WiFi was questionable.

The rooms are all well maintained with all the essential facilities and the rates are soo pocket friendly. Anyone can consider it for a better stay at suited price.
