It’s a beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel. The pleasant fragrance at the entrance creates a welcoming atmosphere. The interior design is unique and modern.. I truly enjoyed my two-night stay here. The hospitality was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive chocolates upon check-in both days.

The place is very good with competitive prices, the location is also very close to Malioboro and the city center as well as Tugu Station, plus the swimming pool is a plus value.. stay ber-4 with wife and 2 children are not charged anymore.. However, the amenities could use some improvement. While the basics were covered, I noticed a lack of certain facilities that are typically expected, such as a fully operational lounge. During my stay, the lounge was not open, which was a bit disappointing as it limited some of the expected conveniences. The available amenities were functional but felt basic, catering to travelers with minimal needs. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, this might not be the best fit, but for a short, peaceful trip, it does the job well. The dining options were decent but not remarkable. There was a good variety of dishes, and the quality was satisfactory, though it didn’t particularly stand out. Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta is a good choice if you prioritize convenience and peace over proximity to the city’s main attractions. It serves as a functional stopover for travelers who value being near the airport and are okay with fewer amenities. While there’s room for improvement in terms of facilities and accessibility to the city, it’s a suitable option for a short and quiet stay. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but primarily for the convenience of its location near the airport.

I was staying for 8 nights in this hotel and my son was very happy staying there, all of the staff were very friendly and very polite, whenever I needed something they responded very quickly, food was always delicious and what make me happy the most is my son always eat properly when I bought the food from the hotel cause he is a very fussy eater, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Jogja. Location is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on. But overall still a good stay.

We stayed 3 nights at the M Club room. All things were good. Next to the best mall in Jogja, the Pakuwan Mall. It's located just on the ring road. Quiet but busy area. Easy access to most places, 1 hour to Borobudur Temple, 30 minutes to Prabanan, and 25 minutes to the Malioboro area. Lounge access was good. Staff service was excellent. We were given a connecting room as requested. Will come to stay again for sure.

This is amazing hotel for its price. First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks. The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park. The hotel doesn’t have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable. The best part is their staffs’ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! 👍👍👍

This is my 1st time stay at El hotel recommend by my best friend,since she also stay there with family. The hotel is atill new ,location and design are nice and strategist,the most i like is serounding by food ,shop and walking distance to famoust Malioboro street. My memerorable moment are at the lounge cafe ,when i do surprised bday celebration for my father,the staff's are very fantastic and helpful with my last minute request they can deliver good and happy moment. The breakfast spread also good specially when you dining on weekend the restaurant have javanese music (Gamelan) so make the atmosfer more local jogyakarta. I will stay again on my future to visit Jogyakarta. Welldone El Hotel please keep the good work and work out something with ur AC on the room ya specially towards balcony,the room must all cold 😉😊. Thank you and see you again on my next visit.
