Great location. The hotel surrounded by restaurants and street food stalls, you couldn’t get hungry in the night (in case you don’t want to order room services). The room is very clean, comfy, and i love its atmosphere. The laundry service is great, fast, and have a reasonable price too (they even have a laundry package for some amounts of clothes at certain price.

I do love this hotel: easy check in-check out, no deposit needed, spacious bedroom, friendly staffs, excellent facilities. We can order food from restaurant yet the price is affordable. We can also find various food stalls nearby. We love staying here. My son loved the swimming pool

I am satisfied with this hotel and have become a regular at the office. far from the airport, but that's not a problem because transportation is easy. Thank you for this hotel, hopefully it will always be the best in terms of service.

Peaceful and quiet location in remote Mayang Jambi. The wifi network is very slow and often goes down. The hot water is problematic.

The TV is on but the picture has a lot of ants so it can't be watched well. The swimming pool cannot be used on weekdays just weekends. A little disappointed. Overall good. Hope it gets better to the bottom
