We werden vriendelijk ontvangen bij de receptie Het ontbijt was goed alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig . De kamer was modern ingericht en heel proper . Ook de douche en toilet ( Hygiëne was top!) Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat er geen airconditioning aanwezig is . Ons advies is om bij zeer hoge temperaturen tenminste de mogelijkheid om een ventilator te voorzien (vast of mobiel). Voor een kort verblijf is dit hotel zeker een aanrader we hebben er van genoten👍

Great location! Just step outside, and there's a McDonald's right across the street. The hotel is also opposite a beautifully converted warehouse shopping center. The rooms are very clean, but one thing to note is that housekeeping is only done every five days instead of daily. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Le Havre!

Отличный отель с очень хорошим рестораном (в городе не очень много именно ресторанов, а не закусочных). Есть своя подземная парковка (в городе можно парковаться бесплатно в определенные дни, рядом есть большие общественные парковки, нам обьяснили что и как и в итогк из двух ночей мы в отеле платно стояли одну, а вторую рядом на улице - очень удобно и порадовало отношение персонала отеля, готового помочь постояльцам сэкономить). Останавливались на две ночи для посещения Живерни (рекомендуем), аутлета (10 минут на машине) и как последний пункт перед аэропортом (утром, несмотря на пробки, спокойно доехали за полтора часа до Шарль-Де-Голля). Номер комфортный, все (кроме холодильника/минибара) в наличии. Есть лифт, бар, вроде даже что-то типа СПА (не пользовались). Хорошее место, но для бронирования требуют европейскую и именно кредитную карту.

TTamuWhat to say about this beautiful mansion/castle… It is a gorgeous building, with a gorgeous park, and gorgeous potential. But unfortunately I believe it is also a very difficult and expensive business for the owners to keep up with not only the style/deco, cleanliness of the amenities and labour charges for the service. The staff we met was really sweet and helpful to us, but surely overworked and multitasking at everything. I have plenty I could discuss here, there is so much that could be done to make this castle hotel experience as a premium one. But, am not the owner, I don’t have the responsibility and the stress of maintaining a HUGE place with limited revenue and forever overheads to deal with…. I’d like everyone here to think that when you are choosing to stay in a castle, and you pay only €160 a night, you cannot expect the results of a €350 one. So, yes, there are many things to improve at BelleFontaine, but please, do continue to stay there, dear Travellers, to allow the owners and their family members, to take care of their castle. Thank you for them. (If the owners want me to tell what I would recommend… contact me! )

TTamuThis was our first stay with B&B Hotels, and the first of 5 bidet hotel stays during a two week road trip around France. The B&B hotel in Alençon stood out for several reasons. The availability of EV charging stations was a real bonus and made our journey much easier. The staff on site were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, quite a contrast to our experience of many of the other budget hotels. Staff suggested we ate in neighbouring restaurant where we got a 20% discount. Even though it had gone 9pm. Restaurant were happy to accept us and our discount was applied. Breakfast was another highlight: hot, well-prepared, and consistently replenished, which made for a great start to each day. Our room was also noticeably more spacious than the one we had in Toulouse, and the shower was excellent, with plenty of space, strong water pressure, and reliably hot water. What really made this stay memorable, however, was the staff. Across all five B&B Hotels we stayed in the week, the team here in Alençon were by far the most engaged, attentive, and customer-focused.

MMARCELHOTruly felt that this hotel is the best location if u ever visited Mont saint michel , France . For my opinion is all about getting a nice photo. The restaurant & cafe is the only one in town with the whole castle as ur backdrop. Is very accessible as the bus from Pontorson train station stop in front of the hotel as well as the free shuttle crossing the bridge to month saint michel. All rooms have an open balcony which I loved it because you will feel connected with the nature . Bonus: there is a small path that cut tru the vast grass land to this amazing poster like photo spot , just google Méandres from ur hotel and is about 1.3km walk to there.( if is after rain , bring a boots it gets muddy )

TTamuNot much to say … only good stuff! Nice welcome at reception when we checked in earlier than planned. We got touristic advice to go around and they kept our big suitcases. We unfortunately didn’t get parking as they were full.. all reserved (NB: trip.com never discussed that we had to book the parking, this is something Accor and Trip.com should discuss about as this is now our 2nd encounter of this problem…. Coming from Malaysia and renting a car, this is not helping… we had no idea we had to reserve parking) The bedroom was very nice, pretty balcony but small bathroom… especially given the placement of the toilet…. lol. But never mind. Nice deck of the bedroom and the hotel too… themed on Christian Dior and fashion, we liked that ☺️ Last the breakfast and its location: beautiful. The view of the sea is really good, the furniture is nicely chosen, and the food is good. First time I see a « make your sunny side up eggs yourself » set in a hotel, which was cool.

JJoe the world citizenThe hotel is located inside the gate. They provide a parking space which costs €12.50, way more affordable than the parking outside. The staff can give the code to enter the gate. There is a shuttle to Mont Saint-Michel right outside the hotel every 10 min until 1 am. The room is clean and comfortable. However the carpet outside is a little old. It reminded me like a motel in the States. Overall it’s a good stay and very convenient for visiting Mont Saint-Michel.
