For a 2* hotel this is a little gem. Right in the centre of Toledo you are minutes away from sights, restaurants etc. The room was a good size, spotless and a really comfortable mattress. Shower was on the small side but more than adequate; breakfast was waitress service which was great and there was a good choice. Staff were helpful and patient especially trying to get car into parking space for a would definitely recommend this hotel

1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

臨時決定從阿姆斯特丹飛馬德里再去託萊多溜溜，在從馬德里去託萊多的大巴車上預訂了這個酒店，當時已經是當地時間晚上十點了，預訂很快，秒確認。後來才知道這叫攜程的閃訂服務。
酒店有 24 小時前台，這比很多小酒店要憑密碼上樓什麼的強太多了。酒店位置極佳，就在大教堂旁邊。整體設計感非常強，乾淨整潔，房間很多。
床和枕頭跟舒服，不是那種軟塌塌的，很新。有浴缸🛁

租車先去了託雷多，不到一小時的車程，酒店位置非常好，老城區，挨着託雷多城堡，因為當天温度40度，風都是熱的，就沒怎麼去逛，到了酒店就直奔了託雷多主教堂，西班牙第二大教堂，不過自己因為不太懂，也衹能看個皮毛！
有各種大馬士革刀具，心裏好癢癢，，可做火車怕帶不回去，就衹能放棄這個想法！很喜歡騎士類的東西，真的很中意！
酒店設施畢竟簡陋，沒有任何洗漱用品，窗户外對着其他房間窗户，房間較小，不過位置上有優勢，停車費較高，16歐，在附近停車庫，走着三四分鐘的樣子

El hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacionarse cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacionarse cerca.
The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress.

CChiwai ErhLove this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

TTamuWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

TTony R...We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

TTamuLas personas con las que tratamos en nuestra estancia en el hotel, fueron de lo más amables y comprensivos. El detalle del desayuno para los que no tomamos buffet, está genial, poder tomar un café y una tostada y solo pagar por ello.
Hicimos uso del gimnasio y dejo algo que desear... estaba frío y algunas de las máquinas estaban fuera de servicio.
