I really love this hotel! The front desk staff are extremely welcoming. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. The hotel facilities are highly user-friendly—absolutely fantastic!

Our room was quiet at night even though it was facing road and Mt Pilatus. The hotel has a very good sound proof windows installed. Hotel was near a bus stop and journey to main train station was about 20 mins.

Swizerland is one of the few destinations in Europe that one would love to travel agian and agian. And this one could be the best one of the whole Europe, if you don’t take Ritz or Regis for a comparison. 设施：Inner style Same as a typical European middle class latest 5 years villa or house. Never ever choose those which have more 100 years ages apartment like Paris center or Vince Center’s Villa and which cost more than 1500Euro/night. Every chinese turioust please keep in mind a typical London workers get paid 2000pounds/Month 服务：As a guest you just pay 15french for a healthy buffet reasonable dinner. 瑞士是欧洲为数不多的几个人们喜欢旅行的目的地之一。如果你不拿里兹酒店或里吉斯酒店做比较，这家酒店可能是整个欧洲最好的酒店。 设施：内部风格与典型的欧洲中产阶级最近5年的别墅或房子相同。永远不要选择那些拥有100年以上历史的公寓，如巴黎市中心或文斯中心的别墅，价格超过1500欧元/晚。每个中国游客请记住，典型的伦敦工人每月的工资是2000英镑。 服务：作为客人，只需支付15法郎即可享用健康的自助合理晚餐。 这里以及附近绝对值得住上一整个星期。 租车自驾最佳。或者拖着最多2个24寸行李箱从Luzern坐船到Vitznau.步行也方便。如果人均拖2个箱子的就算了吧赶紧丢一个。

I stayed one night at Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town and had such a comfortable experience. The check-in process was super simple and smooth. I had some trouble opening my locker (twice, actually!), but each time the staff was incredibly kind and patiently helped me without hesitation — their warm attitude really stood out. My capsule was near the main door to the room, so I thought it might be noisy. But even when I was awake, I only noticed the sound of someone entering faintly, and I couldn’t hear anything while I was asleep. The capsules were impressively sound-insulated and felt very private and peaceful — which I know is something many capsule hotel guests care about. The shared kitchen was also easy to use, with a microwave, dishes, pepper, and other basics available — a nice bonus for a short stay. One small note: the power outlet inside the capsule is a Type C only, so be sure to bring the right adapter if you need one. The space was clean, modern, and felt very safe. I would absolutely stay again if I return to Lucerne. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This Hotel seriously surprised us for a Boutique Hotel. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a very high quality service and great explanation of the hotel and the city. We were also given city WiFi and public transportation pass courtesy of the Hotel which came in really handy during our stay! The breakfast buffet was very good also. I will defiantly come to this hotel again!

I booked a deluxe suite with an open kitchen including electrical stove, small refrigerator, dishwasher which were the reason I booked it. We cooked every dinner during our 5 nights stay. The living is very spacious in comparison to the suite I booked in Zermatt and Grindelwald. My suite is in top floor had a decent bedroom, living roon, kitchen and bathroom. The is new renovated and in modern plus simple design. I loved it and highly recommend to the family want to cook. The breakfast was good but not many choices and changes. This hotel doesn't have any pool or gym. However, it just 2 minutes walking from Luzern train station and bus stops. Coops and shopping malls are nearby. Everything is convenient there. City walk to the landmarks and pier for Luzern lake cruise are all walking distance. The only downside is the noise from the roof top's bar during midnight. But I didn't complain as I were too tired after a long day outing.

Upon checking in on the 6th, I was impressed by the spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Given the forecast for Interlaken showing continuous rain for the next few days, I decided to cancel my Interlaken hotel booking and immediately extended my stay here for two additional nights (the 7th and 8th) via Ctrip. Very satisfied!

Highly recommended! The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Lucerne train station and all the major attractions, with a bus stop right outside. I absolutely loved the hotel's decor. The room was very spacious, and they provided a full range of amenities including shower caps, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. (Toothbrushes and toothpaste, however, need to be requested from the front desk.) Plus, there were complimentary snacks and drinks specially prepared for guests! The hotel breakfast was delicious, and if you're not keen on the buffet, they also offer an à la carte menu. Additionally, the hotel also boasts exceptionally delicious Chinese cuisine (though be warned, it's quite expensive). The hotel is right by Lake Lucerne, and it's truly idyllic to just sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and enjoy a drink when you have some downtime. 😌 Overall, this is easily the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Switzerland. The only drawback? It's a bit pricey, haha!

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The best 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Has Refurbished rooms. There is plenty of well trained staff to serve you. Centrally located and only 1/2 block to the main train station. It’s easy to bring your luggage to the station so you can go to your next city. The train station also has many food vendors and a couple of markets to buy sandwiches and salads and baked goods.

The hotel is clean and nice, however the location is far away from Lucerne and we can not reach the hotel with public transportation, we need to arrange a taxi/uber from station to hotel by ourselves. It will be better if the hotel can provide shuttle to the nearest train station or help customers to arrange taxi pick up from the train station because there is no taxi at the train station and it is hard to find uber because very few uber available in that area. The breakfast is great with various choices including fresh fruits.
